From a Vendor standpoint, Rivendale is a pleasure to work with! Diane is wonderful from a pre-construction standpoint. She is very detail oriented on plans! She double and triple checks everything and is not afraid to ask questions! Once construction starts the GCs are on point! So far, I have only gotten to work with Gil and Deep, but both are always respectful, communitive & professional. Their homes speak for themselves. They are top notch and gorgeous! If you don't believe me just follow their Instagram! I truly enjoy every job I get to work with the Rivendale team on & hope to be able to work with them on many more in the future! One of the most important aspects of purchasing a new home, is what happens *after* you move in. Deep has been amazing to work with! His response time to warranty requests is super fast, he’s dedicated to the highest quality follow up and he’s simply a really nice and knowledgeable guy. We're very happy with the home we purchased from Rivendale and would highly recommend them. Everything from the design, construction to functionality of the home is 5 stars. On top of that and probably the best part of the experience is Deep, the builder that they work with. He is professional, super responsive, and quick to answer questions or help fix issues that we discovered AFTER we had already purchased and moved into the home. He clearly put a lot of thought and care into building the home, and holds his team to a high standard. There are so many little (and amazing) touches that we are finding in the home that makes it a beautiful, smart and extremely functional home.
