Grayzer was excellent to work with for my Tesla wall connector installation. They provided a thorough and detailed quote and responded very quickly. Their pricing was also very fair.

Zack and Todd are awesome. They showed up on time and walked me through the install. They estimated 1.5 hours and were spot on. They even went above and beyond and notified me of a minor issue from a less-than-perfect job that some previous electricians did and took care of it. Love to see that attention to detail and someone who appreciates good quality work. They even cleaned up after some minor drywall work and left the place spotless.

Afterwards Zack walked me through the finished install and helped me get set up with the app. I'm really happy to have worked with these guys. They are very professional, do high quality work and extremely efficient.

I had an amazing experience with Grayzer Electric when getting my Tesla Wall Connector installed. Their entire quote process was online, which made things super easy. After I uploaded all the required info, I got a quote really quickly. Once I agreed, they sent over a contract for me to sign, and they were incredibly patient in explaining every step of the process.

After signing, they gave me a call to schedule the appointment. On the day of installation, they provided an arrival window between 8 and 10 in the morning and even gave me a heads-up an hour before, letting me know they’d arrive at 8:30. Right on time, they showed up at 8:30 sharp.

The installation team was fast, professional, and very efficient. They explained everything clearly, and even cleaned up the drilling dust by vacuuming the area afterward. They helped me set up the app, made sure the charger was working perfectly, and walked me through the warranty process.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Top-notch service and great attention to detail. Highly recommend Grayzer Electric!

Zach & Todd installed our new Tesla Charger & also a whole house surge protector in under 2 hours today! They were professional, friendly, swept up after themselves, & knew their stuff. They ran wiring through the attic so everything was cleanly installed. They did an amazing job for us & we are very grateful. Zach explained everything he installed so we understood it - very helpful. He even helped us with the Tesla app to add the charger to it. The price was fair for all the work they did too. I will highly recommend Grayzer to all my friends!

David and his partner did an awesome job with both our dedicated 220V EV Charging Outlet installation and other additional outlet work. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they both did a quick job, especially considering all that went into installing the EV Charging outlet.

Eduardo C and his co worker came out and gave me an estimate on the spot at a price I was comfortable with and they were already prepared to do the work. They were fast and even checked out one of my plugs I had been having trouble with. Great job, friendly and fast!

Sloppy... When you pay a company 4 figures to do a job, you expect some pride in their work. I guess they don't mind making multiple trips and wasting gas. The first picture shows the whole box. I will be cleaning this up. The second picture shows half the wires punched that should be (we paid for that 'upgrade'). We had them come out again to correct the issue. The last picture shows that when they re-punched the wires, they reversed some. They were going to come back for another wall plate, but we told them not to. They also were going to recommend a specialist to test the connections - why wouldn't they do that too? At least the wall jacks work.

We’ve had troubles with electrical switch which kept shutting off. Nick came to replace it for us and also installed a ceiling fan in one of the rooms! Thank you so much! Definitely will be referring to other neighbors if they are also having electrical issues!
