I have used them several times and have been very satisfied until my last experience. A rep came out to give me an estimate for an outlet in the eaves. Said it would be $200. I asked if he could do it for $150 and he agreed. The tech came out not having any idea what the job was. When I showed him, he said it would be $700. I told him about the earlier bid, he didn't care. Said he would talk to the office and I would hear back. About a month and no call. Get it in writing, but they still may not honor the quote.

Seems like these guys did a great job. Were friendly with my wife and I, competitive on price with our 3 or 4 quotes we got, seemed like quality installation. Probably 10 out of 10. I would say give them a shot…

Jerry came to advice about a panel exchange, EV charging plug, and exchanging some outdated plugs. He is such a professional, explained very well the workings of the panel, what I need, what can be done to reach my goal.

Copperhead did a small project for me and exemplified everything you would want in a contractor. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry. They showed up exactly on time for the initial project visit and confirmed ahead of time that they were on schedule. They provided an estimate promptly. At the end of the job, they tested to make sure everything worked, and they cleaned up every speck of trash and debris. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Some of the most professional work I've seen done. They knew what they were doing, were surgical in cutting into our walls to run the cables leaving minimal patch work we had to do, kept me informed every step of the way as cutting was done, and finished well ahead of schedule. Can not recommend enough, and would definitely hire again for future work!

During the initial consultation, he talked to me about the work that needed to get done, gave me a few options (necessary work vs optional upgrades) and let me pick the path that was right for me.

He's professional, well educated, and has a great attitude. He never treated me like I was clueless about electricity even though I am, haha.

Copperhead was also pleasant to work with. Their pricing is very fair, and when one of my appliances fried because of faulty existing wiring, they made me whole.

We reached out to Cooperhead Electrical for a plug install at our office. Jerry came out and provided us with a quote and a breakdown of what would be done. They did a great job! They were quick coming out to give an estimate and were available the next week to do the installation. I had 5 light fixtures and it only took them a couple of hours. They cleaned up well and took away the old fixtures too. Would hire again.
