Electrical reviews in Austin, Texas

very unprofessional and last minute appointment changed. they don't care for customer time.

Excellent quality work, on time, thanks Ismael & Chuy!

Good guys, came up to round rock to troubleshoot some outlet/switch problems. Had it fixed in no time.

Excellent work, very professional finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Genesis Electrical Services!

Ismael worked for several stores in Austin he is fast and efficient, very honest. Highly recommended! ALL the way from Houston.

Short story - fraudulent and unprofessional.

Long story - Genesis electrical did not finish the work they agreed to finish. They demanded payment in full prior to final inspection (we paid 60% after rough inspection). When the job was agreed upon there was no discussion of payment in full prior to final inspection. Further, there was nothing in the estimate regarding paying them in full prior to final inspection. During our argument with them about this, they sent us an altered estimate in which they changed the original estimate to say the the final payment was due prior to final inspection. Hilariously stupid to think we had not saved the original estimate. I am no lawyer, but this probably qualifies as fraud. I will be contacting the attorney general if we have any more problems with this company. I don't care if it cost us 10,000 in legal fees, if we have ANY more problems from this company. I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND GO AFTER THEIR LICENSE. That is how bad it went. We had to find another electrician who would be willing to put their name on the permit. This was a difficult task, because master electricians are reluctant (as they should be) to put their name on someone else's work. Finally, their work did not pass final inspection. Not surprising, considering they so badly wanted to be paid BEFORE final inspection. So we had to pay to get that work fixed.

Good honest work at a great price. Ish has done a number of electrical work for me ranging from a few replacement switches up to electrical panels. They are always on time, professional and priced competitively. Highly recommend!!

Great Service, great prices. I would recommend very liable. Had work done and was done in a timely manner and I loved it. My shop is almost ready for business thanks to his professional and efficient work. Highly recommend Genesis Electrical.

We love Darin, Chris, and the entire team at Max Electrical Services. They are our go-to for all our electrical needs—honest, professional, punctual, and genuinely great to work with. Highly recommend.

I want to give a shout out to a young man that did an amazing job. For 1year and half my kitchen and dinning electric outlets weren't working. He was respectful, mannered, profesional, and on time. I appreciate people that show up to what their schedule. Thank you so much...

Excellent local small business. Punctual, efficient, and fair. I will definitely use this business again. Highly recommend.

Great locally owned company to work with, and they tell you what it takes to get the job done right @ at a fair price!

They arrived on time, were very professional, very fair pricing, and completed the work quickly.

Jesse W. came by to help with what I thought was a blown fuse, but just turned out to be some faulty wiring. He was punctual, kind, and explained the whole process to me. If I ever need any electrical work in the future I will call Max Electrical Services and request that Jesse come by again!

An electrician I had previously used didn't return my calls and another one told me they were booked out till August and had stopped scheduling new work. Max Electrical asked me for more information and then was able to squeeze me in the same day that I contacted them to bury an electrical line from an AC unit to the electrical panel. The electrician stayed until 7:00PM to complete the job. Highly recommended.

The team that came by to setup our breaker box for generator was awesome! They were knowledgeable, fast, and professional. The guys spent some time answering some questions I had and even helped me start up the generator the first time. If you are looking for a solid group of guys this is them.
