Triple check with them that they do indeed have your part. Drove over 20 min to find out that they didn’t have the right breaker. 40 min wasted.

Purchased a meter loop and pole so I thought. Was not at the location when they said it would be so they had to deliver it to the site 5 hrs later. Was not what I asked for and charged me a 20% restock fee. Absolute terrible customer service.

I have been using City Electric for the large majority of my materials since I started my company Strickland Electrical a year ago. They have been beyond helpful with providing me with the tools and materials necessary to complete the vision of my customers. Whenever I have a question or materials list. I just email Conley directly and he goes above and beyond customer service to provide. If they don't have what I need they always give an alternative. I would 100 percent recommend City electric in oak Hill. Conley's customer service has made a permanent customer of my company!

Dani and Rodrigo did an amazing job installing a 240v outlet and surge protector to my house. Their communication on what they were going to do, detailed explanation of my current home electrical system, quality of their work, and how they treated me was world class.

I'm very happy with DC Electric. I purchased a 1951 home, and multiple electrical issues were noted on the pre-purchase inspection. ALL of these deficiencies and hazards were addressed. In addition, I was advised when the electrical components of the house did NOT need to be updated. I had a follow-up issue with one aspect of the work, and the technician came out that evening (it was not an emergency). Andrew and Bobby were the technicians who performed the repairs and upgrades. Of note - I had to be away from the house for several hours while they were working. I had left every window in the house open in order to air it out. A storm rolled in while I was away, and Andrew and Bobby closed all of the windows - even though, not expecting a storm, I had advised them to leave the windows open while I was gone, and after they left. Thank goodness they didn't follow my instructions! I returned to a dry house.

Mr. Hector and Mr. Bryan were exceptional electricians compared to prior electricians. I'm very satisfied with their work they did recently. Also they're communication and their expertise was refreshing. I definitely will recommend them to friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and their work.
DC Electric did a great job upgrading our electrical panel. The service from start to finish was awesome. From working with Nicole in the office to the 3 technicians, Andrew, Bobby and Johnathan that were dispatched out to perform the work. They showed up right on time and worked nonstop though it was really hot outside. Provided us a generator, answered any questions that we had, explained everything before they left and did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely use them in the future!

Andrew and Jonathan was extremely well knowledged, experienced, expedient and courteous during the entire time. Nothing but praises to say about the entire DC Electronics team. Fantastic work!

What a great experience from start to end! Danny led me through what was needed and recommended (and why). Then Andrew, Bobby and Jonathan did an exceptional job over two full days of work. I had a new panel installed - which involved some difficult digging in mostly rock for grounding plates. Then every outlet and switch in my 50 year old home was replaced with new equipment. Dani was fantastic! We had a short in the kitchen on Christmas eve before guests arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running before our guests arrived.

Danny was absolutely amazing. Freezing weather and he came out in the ice and had us up and running in less than 30 min. DC Electric and Danny are a must with any electrical problems.

Danny is awesome to work with, he is very passionate and professional about his job. Danny installed 6 spotlights in our living room and a EV charger outlet in the garage. He provided us different options and explained the pros and cons of each one. He arrived on time and also cleaned up all debris to ensure the site was as he arrived. His prices are very competitive and the quality of work is top notch. I will definitely be calling Danny for all my future electrical work.

Danny Haddad has to be one of the best technicians we have ever used. Called DC Electric on Monday and they got someone out here the following day, earlier than the time frame that was given to us. Danny explained the issue where even I could understand. He stayed to make the appliance was working properly. We have a 5 year warranty and Danny was awesome. I hired DC Electric to replace a fan/light on my deck. Edward and Bobby gave me a heads up they were coming, and arrived on time. They both were professional, courteous, efficient, and knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond the contracted work. They installed an electrical box with the fan/light, which hadn't been done on the previous installation. They also did a couple of minor electrical jobs that only took them a few minutes, but would have taken me a long time. They also took the old fan/light with them to dispose of, which I appreciated.

I would highly recommend DC Electric.

Dani is nothing but an exceptional electrician. He is very knowledgable and more importantly responsive. From the initial engagement to finishing the project, everything was nothing but simple, clear and smooth communication as well as execution. The quote was easy to understand with helpful information what's included and whatnot.

Dani showed up on-time and quickly able to perform the task. He used "made is USA" Reliance connector, not some cheap one you find in other (online) retailer. The installation and testing took around 3 hours. He cleaned up the working area and making sure things were done properly. He also educated me how to operate generator back-feeding to the house properly and safely. He is easy to talk to and takes time explaining things. It is also important to know that the installation comes with 2 year warranty!

He will be my first choice of electrician in the future. Thank you Dani.

We were extremely satisfied with the service Andrew and Jonathan provided. The wiring for the existing ceiling fan in the bedroom was installed incorrectly and actually posed a fire hazard (unbeknownst to us). These gentlemen were able to figure out the complex wiring and correct everything before installing the new ceiling fan. They also installed a ceiling fan in the game room. They were very efficient and worked diligently the entire time. We were very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness too. DC Electric must be very proud to have Andrew and Jonathan on the team!
