We had an excellent experience! The guys who came were very knowledgable, very nice, and the work was done quickly and with no issues. I believe our technician was named Alex and Isaiah - they were both great.

This team was awesome. Professional, kind, and super communicative from the beginning quote with Isaiah to the day of service with Bryan, Nikolai and Hector.
They were just good guys who did their job thoroughly and efficiently while treating me and my home with consideration and respect. They cleaned up like they weren’t even here and have a comprehensive walkthrough of all the work in the end.

Stewart came to fix a couple issues and ended up finding another issue I’d have never known about if he hadn’t had such attention to detail! He took the time to show me everything that was going on, and we came up with a good plan to upgrade an older electrical breaker box.
Gabe came out to fix the box. I feel awful for forgetting the name of the other young man- but he worked on two smoke alarms that would randomly go off. They were efficient and friendly and definitely my go to company for any future electrical needs!

Mark & Stewart were kind my husband handled the visit. But he explained everything that was done. They let us know how our breakers were gen 2 vs the ones we needed and how that should help with our tripped breakers. I was able to speak to Mark via phone and he let us know if we needed anything to give him a call wich made us feel secure with everything that was done! 👌 We DO recommend this company!

Price is kind of high, hence 4 stars, but I suggested senior discounts! Nick says he's on that. I hope I don't have to but I would use them again.

Had a surge/arc happen in our home so we shut off our power to protect our devices. Called TruTec and Isaiah came out same day. He was very professional, friendly and found our issue. He gave us our options, which couldn't be handled that night but the next morning Nickolay came out, replaced our panel and worked hard to make sure things worked. Due to a few issues, it took all day and the City of Austin had to come out but both Isaiah and Nickolay stayed until the issue was fully resolved. Nickolay and Isaiah are literally the GOAT and we couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend this company and definitely very highly recommend Nickolay and Isaiah!!

Isaiah come out to our (30 year old) home for a bid and thorough inspection of our complete electrical system, including several items we knew needed to be addressed. We explained that we will be selling the home soon and wanted to avoid any realtor home inspection requirements related to our electrical system. His inspection was very detailed and he explained everything in great detail ensuring we knew what was absolutely necessary based upon current city code. We accepted their bid and they began work the next day. They gave us multiple options, based upon their inspection results, and after a couple tweaks we got exactly what we wanted. The Techs did a superior job and it was all completed in a very timely and professional manner.

Stewart and Alix were very professional and did an excellent job, hard-wiring and installing a motion sensor floodlighcamera for me. They were very knowledgeable in their field and made the job seem so effortless. I am so happy that I found the right electricians to handle this job. I will definitely call them for any future electrical needs.

Nikolay of TruTec electric came to our house on 1-28-2026 and packaged and removed a crystal chandelier from our entrance and reset it in our new home foyer. The entire process from scheduling, to the appointment was both confidence inspiring and reassuring. Trutec was communicative, Nikolay our electrician was professional, and the price very reasonable. I’d gladly work with Trutec again.

We had an surge happen Friday. We called trutech and Isaiah came out within a couple of hours and examined the situation. Offered options for us. Due to how late in the day it was and getting the supplies it had to be done next day which we were understanding with. Next day Nikolay came out around 930am to install a new breaker with a surge protector. We had a few issues with the power still fluctuating but Nikolay and Isaiah were working hard to isolate the issue. It later came to them having to have the city come out to check their connection. Around 12 30 we were happy to hear the issue was resolved. Seemed like a issue city side caused the surge on my side.

Will recommend trutech to anyone I know needs assistance in regards to electrical troubles. Especially recommend Isaiah and Nikolay. Y'all are legends.

Nikolay arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed the circuit breaker and repaired our outdoor string lights, and he also checked all the wall sockets to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Nikolay was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Wow, sometimes you just get impressed by really good service. I had a simple GFCI outlet that had failed and needed replacing. Super easy to schedule. Multiple texts to remind of the service and when the technician was coming. The tech Nikolay was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. He was super friendly and clear. Just an overall super easy experience.

Nickolay from TruTec just installed a whole house surge suppressor and eight dimmer switches for us, and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism and courtesy. He explained everything he was doing very clearly and directly, and was very easy to understand. I will ask for him personally the next time we have any electrical needs whatsoever, I'm that confident in his abilities!

First, let me start out by saying the companies communication was exceptional. From the moment we called, to the text messages notifying us when the technician was coming to Ayven providing a picture of our technician, Stewart. When Stewart arrived, he introduced himself, put on his booties, and identified the issue within our home less than 10 minutes. Simply put, he was amazing. The issue was fixed within 30 minutes and we were back online. Highly recommend this company for any of their services!

Stewart came out quickly and handled everything, we had an issue with wiring that went through a stud, so he had to be creative with a solution. He quickly figured out the best way to proceed, rolled with the punches of a troublesome job, and at the end of the job helped get everything back in order. He also installed a surge protector on the house to modernize the house. We definitely appreciated his hard work, attention to detail, and general demeanor. 10/10 for sure and would recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience with TruTec. They installed a chandelier on a very high ceiling as well as a fan in our guest bedroom. I had accidentally purchased the wrong part, and the electrician came up with a smart workaround to make everything function perfectly. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. Pricing was fair, and scheduling and communication were super easy. Will definitely be using TruTec for all of my future electrical needs!
