Contacted TruTec through a word-of-mouth recommendation, and they provided incredible service. Nikolay, Gabe and Hector worked extensively to identify and resolve the electrical outage in my home. They were all highly professional, thorough and considerate throughout the entire process. They took meticulous care to be sure the issue was resolved and provided clear communication each step of the way. It was an absolute pleasure to work with TruTec. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with this electric service provider today. They were professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain the issues without talking down to me (which unfortunately has happened with another company before, rhymes with Shmister Shmarky). They fixed our immediate problem and provided reasonable, transparent quotes for some upcoming upgrades we’ll need. Overall, a smooth and refreshing experience. Highly recommend!

We had a very janky outlet that was beyond our DIY abilities to repair. Isiah came out and was so helpful in explaining not just the outlet issue but giving a thorough overview of where our homes electric system was doing well / may need improvements. Nikolay came back the next day to handle the outlet repair and was friendly and efficient and did a thorough check after he completed work to make sure all was working perfectly. Was very happy with the work and everyone we engaged with was knowledgeable and professional!

My furnace died at the start of the January freeze. After doing some basic troubleshooting, I found the disconnect box was totally melted. I initiated a search for highly rated and reputable electricians and found TruTec Electric. Nick called me first thing the following morning and asked me some troubleshooting questions. He told me a tech would be out at 4PM. At 3:50, I received a text that said Stewart would be arriving soon. He was completely professional and explained, in detail, his plan for repair. I also wanted surge protection installed. He left to go buy a new disconnect at Home Depot and upon his return, he brought his colleague, Nikolay, to help expedite the repairs.
Bottom line, these two electricians were both very professional, courteous and wanted everything to be safe. They explained and showed me everything they did. Peace of mind was achieved in abundance. The owners of this company obviously know how to run a crew and it shows. Exceptional company!

There is a reason they have all 5 star reviews. Because they are a 5 star company. I received 6 quotes to install a hot tub box and a few outlets. OEC was by far the best option. From the first call to end of the work, they were always professional and did an amazing job completing the work. They had the lowest price, but even more so than price was they communicated and explained the hows and whys in a way that made me understand without feeling lost or dumb. I would only use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

I live in Lake County and needed a Generac standby generator installed. Unfortunately the installer in Lake County is terrible, unreliable, unresponsive, and they do not answer back with the emails or phone calls. Besides that their quotes are terrible and do not break down the items or the costs. They pretty much think that they are the only game in town……Not!
That is where U S Contractors comes in!
I found U S online and once I called, everything fell into place perfectly!
They came out right away, looked over everything, explained the process and what would be done and when they can get it done.
They answered all questions I brought up and worked with me on the timing of the project.

The team there is super responsive and has consistently got a wide range of electrical repairs and upgrades done for me on-time and at a very fair cost. These people are extremely professional, show up on-time, communicate clearly, and do excellent work.

Canon and Chris did an exceptional job replacing my electrical panel and adding a generator hookup. They were on time, professional, completed the project on schedule, and obviously take pride in their work. Highly recommended!

Everyone we dealt with at this company was pleasant, knowledgeable, and timely. The first gentleman who came out to give us a quote was a wealth of knowledge! He was able to quickly and thoroughly assess many different areas of concern for us, and was able to teach us a lot about the house a well. James and his helper (I am blanking out on his name) came out and did a lot on our house to get it up to where we would like it, having just moved in. James and the other gentleman worked two long hard days to get everything on our checklist updated. During that time they were not only pleasant to myself and my husband, but I'm pretty positive my 2 year old son and dog think they have new BFFs. Everything has been functioning beautifully, and it's a relief to have everything completed by professionals. Would definitely recommend!!

We hired Ohio Electric Contractors to replace an old light fixture in our upstairs bathroom. They were prompt, on time, and got the job done in 1/2 hour. The technician was pleasant, and he was great at explaining things. The new light fixture looks fantastic.

After speaking to the office about my needs, they were all over it and Canon was the person who did the work. It's hard to get tenants to be there on schedule appointments but there was no stopping Canon and he communicated with me everything that was going on. He was very professional and understanding to the tenants situation. Once the work was done, my insurance company kept asking for different things and as we know this could be painful. This company was so on top of things for me and I really appreciate it. My tenants said that Canon was cool, he was in and out. Canon was the third person that I sent to the house for this same repair. Thank U.S. Electric, for everything. Canon you are now saved in my phone as Electric Man!
