He came up with a choice of solutions depending on budget but keeping safety and code compliance at the top of the list. There are no short cuts when it comes to electrical issues, safety should always be first. Highly recommend.

This was my first time using TruTec Electric and I could not be happier with the service. I was experiencing an electrical issue late at night and was able to book a tech for first thing in the am. The technician Corey has been wonderful to work with. Very professional, friendly, and was able to work within my budget while providing multiple solutions to address the issue. I really liked the way he broke down what was causing the problem and talking through the pros/cons w/ each solution. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.-

Isaiah and Nikolay were incredible fast and professional when we had a last minute lighting issue that would affect our appointments for the day. They arrived quickly and assessed the problem, gathered the replacement light we needed, and had it installed in less than 2 hours. I found this company (TRUTEC) by word-of-mouth. Which to me means alot. I'm glad I decided to go with them. They were very courteous, professional and prompt with their work. I called in. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Nick and he sent out his tech Alix, who was very knowledgeable and ready to help with answers. After work was completed, Alix.
made sure I was a 100% happy with the work. Another thing I was very impressed with is Nick from the company called me soon after to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. And if I had any questions, I could contact them. If I have any future work, I will use them again and share their information, with my neighbors and friends? 10 out of 10.

TruTec was the most responsive service we contacted. We needed to have a light installed, switch added, and receptacle moved. The work was quoted within two days and once we approved a quote the team was working within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Alix Moser and Stewart Kashmerick were quick to solve my electrical problems. They discovered additional issues and made suggestions for how to proceed. I felt comfortable refusing one and accepted another - there was no pressure and it didn't feel like I was ever trying to be sold something I didn't want. If I needed more electrical work, I'd call TruTec Electric again.

I can’t say enough good things about Nikolay with TruTec. He was professional, knowledgeable, respectful and did a thorough Inspection of my house. He found an issue that we addressed and I am grateful. The last thing I want is an electrical issue. Forever thankful!

Appointments are scheduled for the near future, not weeks or months out, and the tech that arrives has always been courteous and knowledgeable. Mark was amazing! Two bedrooms in my house went entirely out all of a sudden. Mark came out on Christmas Eve day and listened to us, asking the right questions, which led to a quick diagnosis of the issue. He fixed it quickly and more cheaply than I could have imagined.

I needed an estimate for three different items. I scheduled an appointment with TruTec to arrive within a 2 hour window. I received a call asking if they could arrive earlier. I accepted the change - it was a benefit to me. Nikolay arrived as rescheduled. He was very respectful, checked what was required for all three items, and provided estimates for each of the items. He was ready to do two of the items right then if I wanted. My initial thought was to say yes - pleasant individual and competitive estimate. When I told him I had another estimate scheduled, he understood and gave me his card to let him know if we would use TruTec for the project.
Scheduled TruTec for all three projects. They showed up on time. Completed all 3 within 2.5 hours which included clean-up. I will use them again for any electrical needs I have.

Mark and Gabe did a great job with the install of our EV charger. They were both personable, knowledgeable, and honest. They also took the time to explain everything, answer questions, and provide various options for the install. Overall excellent experience! We will be using TruTec for our electrical needs going forward.

Nikolay was very thorough and patient with us as we looked all around the house for the transformer. Once we found it, he was quick to fix the problem and even had us double check that it was working before he left. I would absolutely recommend Nikolay and have him back for any other electrical issues.

Stewart came out to diagnose the problem, fixed it, and gave me multiple options going forward.
We scheduled an appointment for the following week. Gabe and Hector came out this morning. Gabe covered the work to be done again before starting, let me know exactly what to expect, and reviewed work after completion.
