Did a great job very respectful. Broke a window when taking off siding. BUT FIXED THE BROKEN WINDOW!!!! Amazing cleanup Frank was awesome. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, the way it was supposed to get done. My house looks amazing!

The level of professionalism in TLC is outstanding! They were fast, efficient, respectful. They pick up every nail, and cleaned every debris related to the roof. They placed every single plant that was removed for easy access. I love the color, I love the trim. Its stands out.

TLC was a wonderful experience,from the salesman to the completion of the job.
I went out for quotes for months but the salesman were pushie.
TLC Was perfect the job was finished on time and has made a big difference even the neighbors
said it was excellent.

The sales presentation was outstanding, contract was very detailed and the scope of the work was detailed. The job was completed quickly and the follow up on the clean up was amazing. Frank power washed the brick, driveway, and patios... never looked better. The beautiful white siding makes the house look new again. Excellent customer service and we felt valued as customers.

TLC did an amazing job for me on the first house so when I heard they were speaking to my father about his, I knew he had found the right company for the job! The team was friendly and communicated well, both the on-site crew and the quality assurance folks. Questions were answered quickly, solutions were exactly what we expected and they never left us hanging. I am very happy with the results and how quickly the work was done as well as the willingness to make sure it was done right.

I’m completely satisfied with Tex Land because they were all efficient and professional. Their work is outstanding and the communication with them was excellent . I highly recommend them.

That boy Sebastian came by my door and killed it! My wife had just passed and broke me down into tears on how bad she would this siding done and him, John and their crew over at TLC went above and beyond what me and my now deceased wife ultimately could ever imagine with the hardness board siding the used to replace the vinyl we had eh!

Honestly, the work was amazing. The crew was efficient and really friendly people. They were so detail-oriented that our home just looks incredible now. Hiring them again is a no-brainer for me.

Very satisfied! Sales went smooth. John Estrada worked closely with us!! Only problem was my poor choice off the color book!! Hit one color perfect but wall color was really wild. If you go with a custom color, make sure you get a test board. We were able to easily correct by working together!! The tear-down was interesting and scary for a non construction customer but my basic concerns were taken care of before crew even left for the day! Rains were in the forecast and I was worried about the insulation!! Crew wrapped the house before they left for the day!! The carpenter crew were really great!! Saw perfect angle cuts, properly caulked seams and board replacement where needed!! Great work!! Painting crew did a great job, even after having to correct my terrible color choice!! Crew that came to install drip rails were really pros also!! Overall , I am very satisfied with the work done and the TLC follow-up to correct any little issues I have!! I had visits by the support staff and was always able to contact John! My special thanks to Wilson who ran the carpenter crew, Ran who ran the paint and tear down crew!! You guys do great work!! I also want to thank John For putting up with all my calls!! I would like to make a suggestion! There should be installed a procedure to stop 30 minutes before end of shift to clean up and protect tools, safely store the tools and clean the general work area!!

Over all, very satisfied with the quality of work and the personnel who used their skills to make our home beautiful again!!

They did a great job replacing the siding and painting. They are professional, courteous and everything looks great. They were able to complete the entire project in less than 5 days. They even let me run and purchase new light fixtures after I realized they were taking them down and they put up the new fixtures without charge.

Had a great experience with Tex Land Construction LLC. The quality of work was excellent, communication was clear, and everything was done on time. Huge shoutout to Sebastian Montañez he was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish.
