I recently worked with Barrett of GARSC on one of the rental properties I manage in Austin, TX. His pricing was competitive and his service was very quick. He coordinated with the tenant and had the repairs done in 48 hours. I highly recommend him to any property manager or home owner looking for a reliable contractor.

Jason was very thorough and did an amazing job caulking cracks that we had around our showers. He also figured out why we were having problems with some of our outdoor lighting. He was very courteous and helpful! We will be using GARSC again in the future!

Really, an amazing contractor. So great & easy to work with. Extremely flexible and so pleasant. The level of work quality was outstanding, and oh-so-reasonably priced. They did a lot of work for me in a very short period of time, and it all looked wonderful. Definitely, you should consider this company for any painting, repairs or remodeling you might want performed. A definite 10!

I’ve been using Barrett and his team at GARSC for all of our Austin Greater Metro area residential flips. He’s a sharp guy, and does quality work. He starts and finishes all of his projects on time, and does a great job calling out all needs before the work starts – no surprises! His quality of work far surpasses his prices. I will continue to use him for our Austin flips, and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and fair pricing for any size remodel.

GARSC did a really great job with out rental property. We were screwed over by another painter who was required to just paint two walls but ended up spoiling our walls and ceilings under the pretext of "helping out more". We called GARSC, and Barrett scheduled a repair paint job for the very next day. Marcus and his team fixed our walls and ceilings. They were very professional, courteous and skilled. We owe them big!

I recently hired GARSC to repair storm damage at my home. They typically have a payment policy in place where you must make a 50% installment of the estimate to secure the job but Barrett worked with me on making payment after completion because I did not feel comfortable paying for the work before it was completed. Richard was assigned to do the work at my house and he was very nice and did a great job. Rick's painters also were prompt and got the painting done in a few hours. Easy process - communication was on point and all work was done to my satisfaction. Thanks guys! Highly recommend working with GARSC for contracting residential work.

Great service. Great communications. Matt has been very helpful at coordinating the appointments, and Cason has been very professional in fixing all kinds of issues I had at home. They also take great responsibilities on their work. They made a small mistake and was more than willing to give me the full refund on the cost of fixing it up. I would always go to them first for any kinds of issues I get at home.

Jason was great! He showed up right on time and kept me informed as he completed each project. He loved our dogs and was very nice. He fixed every issue he knew about and even fixed a toilet issue that wasn't originally on his list. Overall great experience!

This team is simply great. They rebuilt my bathroom counter area after a flood upstairs last year and did an amazing job. Today, I had an issue with a couple of noisy ceiling fans and Joe took care of it short order. I can't recommend these guys enough, they are stellar people to deal with.

We used GARSC for multiple repairs/upgrades in our home. Barrett, and the rest of the team, were excellent to work with, responsive, and very helpful! Johnnie painted one of our rooms flawlessly, and Jeff's team replaced our flooring quickly and professionally. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I recently bought a home in Austin and used GARSC to handle a whole bunch of improvements. First of all, while it was a long list of things to do, it was a pretty small job in the grand scheme of things. Barrett was more than happy to take on the work and treat it as though it was a huge one. The quality of work and attention to detail was top notch - his team truly went above and beyond. The price quoted was the price I paid, with the exception of some unexpected electrical work, which was done at cost! It was a first class experience from beginning to end.

Jason was outstanding! He showed up right on time and completed each task flawlessly! He was very meticulous with his work and made sure to let us know when each task has been completed. Jason was super friendly, easy going, and easy to talk to! I would recommend him to EVERYONE needing some extra assistance completing various tasks around the house.

I have hired GARSC several times for make-ready projects and every time they have done a great job. Being out of state, it's very helpful when they take photos of everything that needs to be done, and also take after photos to show the work has been completed. The prices are reasonable and getting everything scheduled was very easy. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent experience with the company from start to finish. Chris came over to prepare the estimate and was very professional. Jason completed a long list of repairs (replaced doors, floor boards, installed door stoppers, attic ladder, and many other items). They did a great job!

Cason and his team were absolutely wonderful! I was able to get scheduled fairly quickly, and Carson was very communicative and responsive. He replaced a dishwasher for me at my rental property in addition to checking some other things out. Will definitely be using this company for future services!

Morgan did an awesome job visiting our home to discuss our make ready plans. He arrived on time and was ready to go. He took plenty of time to ask questions and understand what we had in mind. He took measurements and pictures to be able to estimate the costs. He had great insights and recommendations when we asked for his thoughts. Morgan was friendly, organized, and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him and are excited to learn more and nail down our plans for the make ready.

We used Consider It Done to perform work on our home prior to listing it for sale. We needed a sink remounted, a vanity replaced, painting completed, etc. The entire experience was A+, from the quote process, to scheduling, work, and billing.

A couple of unexpected issues came up with the materials we provided for repairs and they were able to solve the issues and get an end result that we're very happy with. I wish we knew about them a long time ago, it would have saved us nightmares with other contractors.

I highly recommend them - they will take care of you and are fantastic people!

Consider It Done / GARSC has been the only positive of our horrible rental experience with 1836 Property Management. From my understanding this company was once owned by the same people as 1836 Property Management and was almost run into the ground before it was saved by its own employees. Amazingly professional staff very personable. They provide reasonable time frames for appointments. They’re very respectful when inside your home.

We had a great experience doing business with the Consider It Done- GARSC. From initial contact with company coordinator- Phoebe, onsite walk through identifying the issues around the house with Cason, getting work orders/estimate from Tyler, to the actual house maintenance work done by technician Joe, they all demonstrated the great team work - customer services, prompt communication, and professional knowledge and work. Definitely 5-star review from us, and we highly recommend this company to whoever looks for a reliable residential maintenance services.
