Highly recommend Sebastian and TLC. They did outstanding work and were great to deal with from start to finish. Fair pricing, very respectful, and super responsive with communication — they answered every question I had. If you need roofing, siding, windows, or paint, these are your guys

The TLC Team was quick a d efficient. We had the. Repaint our hardy plank siding. We chose their cool life Rain Shield product. Looking forward to summer electricity prices. This paint is shown to reduce temps by 20 to 30 percent. Will definitely use them for future stucco and deck projects.

TLC was such a pleasure to work with. The quality of materials and workmanship were top notch. The customer service was excellent. I delayed getting work done on my house because I wasn’t sure who to use. I am so happy that I found TLC. I will use them again for any future projects I need done.

The salesman did what I asked of him. I just wanted a price on repairing my chimney and nothing else and he did only that. The other 6 companies only wanted to sale me windows. The Texas Land Construction Co. Arrived on a Monday morning and was finished before 4 pm the same day. The finished project looked really good and the construction guys were really polite. When I need further work done to my house, TLC will be the only company doing the job!

Absolutely the best construction experience I’ve ever had!
Tex Land Construction LLC completely exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to Sebastian, who was hands down the MVP of the entire project. His attention to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship were on another level. He took the time to explain everything, made sure every detail was perfect, and treated the job like it was his own home. The final result looks incredible and far better than I imagined.
The team was punctual, respectful, and kept the work area clean throughout the process. Communication was excellent, pricing was fair, and the results speak for themselves. It’s rare to find a construction company that combines skill, honesty, and pride in their work—but Tex Land Construction does exactly that.
If you’re considering any home improvement project, don’t hesitate—ask for Sebastian and go with Tex Land Construction LLC. You won’t regret it!

TLC is a top notch organization from start to finish! They are professional, thorough and maintain excellent communication throughout the project. On top of all that, they did it all in two weeks! The siding replacement was complete in week one and the screened in patio, complete with new concrete slab, was completed in the second week. Rick, David, Cody, Ren and the entire crew were all wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this team!

TL;DR: Integrity above and beyond the call of duty.

I don't have a story to tell about the extraordinary work this company did on my house. That's because my story involves them "behind the scene". Sure, integrity can and does exist in the public eye, and TLC Construction has integrity in the work they do (such as the roof on my neighbor's house), but what REALLY counts is the integrity they have when nobody's looking. They demonstrated that integrity in spades with our interaction.

I lost my phone at a home warehouse store. I could tell the phone was there, but not where. Someone from TLC Construction found the phone. Rather than attempting to profit (it was a brand new Google Pixel 10, so it was worth a good chunk of change), they followed the directions on the screen, and called to let us know the phone had been found. I recovered the phone, and was grateful to find that there are still good people in the world. Lots of them. Including lots at this company.

While I haven't had any work done yet, I do have quite the list of things to do, and I will be working with this team without hesitation. And you should too.

Tex Land Construction Co. (TLC) was the company I chose to reconstruct stone siding, framing and drywall on my garage that was damaged in an accident. Their sales people met with us soon after our call to them. In only eight business days they had a crew on site and the job was complete! Their crew did a beautiful job replacing stone siding and the drywall on inside of garage was perfectly done. My garage looks better than it ever did. It was a very stressful event that TLC made better promptly. I couldn't be happier with the high quality of the workmanship. I highly recommend TLC. All the salespeople and staff were very professional too. Thank you Tex Land Construction!

I did a little siding with one company and was not happy with their performance and professionalism. Tex Land Construction cleaned up after every day and when they were on the clock they worked fast! The foreman David and Ran were great with communication and paid good attention to detail. The whole company the owner John, project manager David and Cody the social media manager were all very knowledgeable and professional. The paint and supplies they use are fantastic, the job was done above and beyond my expectations! My house now feels like a brand new house :) I highly recommend Tex Land Construction for your next home project.

TCS did an amazing job renovating our master bathroom. They were quick, efficient, and I was able to get everything I asked for. Definitely recommend. Very trusting.

Freddy and his team always do their best. They're very fairly priced, extremely hardworking and can pretty much fix it all.
His crew members are well mannered, kind and respectful. He's a diligent trouble shooter and will find someone to help you if is unable to remedy your issue. I was referred by another client because they're that good. So grateful for them.

We contacted Freddie after he was referred to us by a friend to build us an outdoor kitchen. In the beginning everything seemed okay. One of the main reasons we hired a contractor was because we have an irrigation system we needed rerouted to put the kitchen in. Before we know what has happened, he simply poured concrete over it! Didn't reroute anything, just covered the sprinkler heads with concrete. We asked for cabinets in the front of the kitchen, he put stone (that we had to pay for separately) along the entire front amd hardie board on the back (so it looks unfinished) and we had to remind him again that we wanted cabinets. Well, he put these weird access doors that can only be removed with a flathead screwdriver on the backside, completely useless and can't be used for storage, only to get the propane tank out. We had to ask for the stone to be sealed, even though we were orginally told it would be. There were huge gaps in the overhang from the roof and he went over budget, a lot. And that's with him asking us to buy all the appliances and stone. His team would regularly no call no show on us and it was clear that pride in workmanship was not a priority. We ended up needing to call an electrician and roofer to come fix issues because they were not done correctly. If you are looking to add value to your home, do not use TCS!

Had a great experience with TCS. Had a small fixer upper in east Austin. TCS basically renovated the whole place. Freddie kept me up to date and informed on progress, they went out of their way to work around some of my stuff and me, and gave me options and his professional opinion through out process. Love my home and the work TCS did.

We hired Freddie to rebuild our deck. Less than 10 months later, we were forced to hire another contractor to demolish and rebuild the deck. Freddie installed outdoor tile. Within a month, the tile was cracking, coming loose and we had water standing -- making the deck slick. He did not make repairs so the water caused the sub floor to get wet and moldy. We learned from the new contractor that the wrong sub floor had been used. it contracted and expanded with the weather, causing the problems. Freddie wanted to replace the broken tiles and those that were loose but it would not have fixed the problem. He installed a railing that was rusting within weeks and did not meet code. We asked him to at least demolish the deck and he refused. We don't want another family to face this kind of problem.

    Warning!

We hired Freddie with high hopes to do a huge remodel on our kitchen, but unfortunately Freddie did not live up to those expectations. The project started well, and Freddie continually told us that his word was good as gold, but as the project continued we quickly learned that he just spouted things with little follow through. We had a plethora of issues, and I shudder to think how many more we would have had, if I had not been present daily and managed the project. He would occasionally show up, but his ‘workers’ tended to show up at odd times for short periods. It was as if he was hiring part time workers to fill in gaps. We had issues with the plumbers, electrical, and the installers. We ended up having to call in our own electrician after the job was ‘complete’ and he had to fix the ‘ghetto job’ that Freddie’s guy had done, and he stated it would never have passed an inspection. The cabinet installer decided to cut the cabinets vs. installing them flush, as we discussed. This led to us needing to buy extra trim, which was never completely installed(as of today the job finished in July). The final work was sloppy and rushed! Freddie badgered me to pay him the last payment, before the job was finished, and I regret it! They punched holes in the wall between the garage and kitchen, and it was a fight getting them back to fix them! They also damaged a few other things! The house and garage was left in a huge mess, which took us days to clean. In writing Freddie agreed to pay us a sum for damage and send his guy to complete the job. Now months later he still has not paid and never finished. He has ghosted is not replying to a multitude of emails. During the job he was constantly ‘going to Australia’(where you couldn’t actually travel), ‘going to Mexico’, ‘In the hospital’, or replacing his phone which he supposedly destroyed in water twice, and it was always ‘our job’ that cut his personal time short or that was the reason things weren’t done or no one showed.

In conclusion, Freddie’s word is useless. We ended up with extra damages and expenses, due to his lack of quality work. He never completed the job, which we paid him for, and he still owes us money!

My man fast Freddy! I got his number off someone at Lowes. I fired my contractor after he stopped showing up half though the project. My master bedroom and bathroom were down to the studs. Freddy came in and found a lot of mistakes and code violations. He gave us a fair quote and got right work. His crew worked clean and fast. Freddy and his crew knocked it of the park. Some 3 years later the bathroom/bedroom remodel held up well and still looks great.
My wife and I decided that we wanted to up date the front of our house we decide to give Freddy call. He had great ideas and a fair quote. Him and team transformed our old texas ranch into a modern Austin home. He even saved us time and money when he a
a front door custom made in Mexico to my wife's high standards. I most say it's a show stopper. We will use Freddy and his team again for future projects! You should at least get a quote from him and hear his ideas! Thank you Freddy and your team at TCS Renovation!

Johnny arrived on time and did a nice job for me on a window. He offered some suggestions about the property that is the HOA responsibility. And left in quick order. All in all it was an easy, quick experience. I definitely can recommend these folks.

I've been speaking with Morgan about a house we're interested in buying. While I can't speak to his work yet, his customer service is fantastic. He's quick to respond, down to earth, patient with explaining new concepts. I also just enjoy chatting with him :) I look forward to working with him on any project we have in the future.

Jason from GARSC replaced the overhead light in my bedroom light/overhead fan unit. Jason was punctual and polite. He, identified the cause of the problem, communicated the problem clearly to me, and went to Home Depot and found the right replacement part, and replaced the part quickly. Now I have a working overhead light again! Jason even put in LED bulbs, which was a nice, unexpected touch. Thanks Jason! I definitely recommend Jason at GARSC.

There was a leak from the kitchen sink and was slowly staining the bottom cabinet. Thankfully, Jason came out to figure out the issue and fixed it in no time. He triple checked his work. He's very efficient, very polite, and great personality! Would definitely reach out to him again if we encounter another household issue.

Juan (from Consider It Done) finished the sheetrock repair at our apartment today. He did an outstanding job--you have to really look to see where the original damage to the wall was.

On top of that, Juan was pleasant to be around each time he visited to perform his work. Extremely high marks on Juan's performance of this job from me and Katie. He deserves everything and more.
