We had Jason w/ GARSC install a kitchen faucet that we purchased. He showed up early (which we were thankful for) and although the job took a little longer than expected (pesky stripped/rusted bolt) he was able to get it done for us. He was very professional and courteous.

Johnny did a wonderful job when he came out to my house the other day. Not only was he knowledgeable about how to fix our attic door, he was very kind as well. I didn't know how long the job would take and he was in and out in about 30 min. I would use this company again and request Johnny! Thank you!

Johnny came to fix our wall and was great! He worked quickly and was very helpful and friendly. He didn’t leave a mess either, and even cleaned out my vacuum for me after he borrowed it. Outstanding service!

I recently moved to Austin. My movers notified me on a Wednesday that they were showing up a day earlier on that very next day, Thursday. My house had been rented and the tenants left it in the need of a deep clean!!! I feel very fortunate that I got a recommendation to use Barrett Kernon with GARSC. I was truly thankful & impressed. He arranged a crew of three ladies to come that same Wednesday evening to perform a deep clean. I also used Barrett to arrange for painters to come and paint and repair some sheetrock yesterday. Barrett said they would be there between 7:30 - 8:00 and they were! Mason and Bill ( the painters) were no only punctual, they were polite, courteous and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Barrett & GARSC AND I am sure I will use them again.

Barrett and GARSC stand alone for full service property maintenance service. As the Maintenance Coordinator for Tre Homes I engage a multitude of contractors, with varying degrees of success, but GARSC puts them all to shame.

They treat you like you are their only customer, and never make you feel otherwise.

Prices are fair, estimates are clear, work is professional, jobs are done in a timely fashion. My time is limited and it is comforting to know that I don't have to stand on top of these folks to get work done.

Confirmed: Professional, hard working, reasonably priced and good at what they do. We just moved into a local condo and had some gnarly fans that needed to be put together and hung - they also did a few other things not originally requested such as hang a very heavy mirror. Was so pleased with the ultimate bill and service. Can't recommend highly enough.

I've used GARSC for a few projects on my home and I've always been pleased. We had them replace the sod in my front yard about a year ago and just recently had them come out and replace my fence. Their tech, Narciso, helped us on both occasions and did excellent work. Our grass still looks amazing a year later and I only wish I had them come out to replace the fence earlier. It looks absolutely beautiful now! Thank you so much to GARSC and Narciso for always being so responsive and easy to work with!

GARSC painted our entire interior (walls, trim, doors, ceilings, and cabinets) in 4 days!! We expected them to take a week but they were able to complete it faster than originally planned which allowed us to get in to the house sooner! They also left the house clean. They were great to work with and we’d for sure use them again.

Jason came to my home to replace a light fixture and I was not sure what to replace the 20 yr. old fluorescent fixture with. I relied upon his expert opinion as to what would be my best option. He made several suggestions and I purchased the perfect fixture for my kitchen. Jason installed it promptly and was very professional. Always pleased doing business with GARSC!

Made me want to keep my house! I hired Barrett to renovate my house after a bad tenant had left it in poor condition. I coordinated with Barrett remotely to complete this job and he went out on his own to examine the property and provide me quote of what it would cost to get it sell ready. We could not be more satisfied with our experience with this company. We needed several light bulbs replaced in a VERY high ceiling as well as needing a bathroom sink/vanity replaced. The guys responded quickly to our web inquiry, came to assess the job quickly and scheduled and completed the jobs right away. They were also kind to answer several unrelated questions we had. Highly recommend.
