I had a problem with some valves and they replaced it with ease and checked all the settings, systems, and flows before finishing to assure me and my family a functioning pool as temperatures get warmer. Our spa has not worked for over 3 years. I have had 2 other companies that said the heater was fine but could not really diagnose the problem. Max with Austin Pool Times sen t Tyler out and guess what it was an issue with the heater. I have since changed services to AUSTIN POOL TIMES. They are great and the communication is awesome. I highly recommend them and will look forward to using the spa again on cold winter nights!
