My initial review on my first cleaning service was abysmal at best, however I wanted to still give Merry Maids a chance and they came out today sending Amber and Hope. It was a completely different experience. They did a fantastic job on a deep clean ensuring everything was taken care of. I was very happy with the work they did and am hopeful I can request this crew going forward. I am hoping they will continue to stand by their guarantee.

The ladies who cleaned our house were awesome! My house is so clean and it feels so good to be in a clean house. They were professional and wonderful. Truly appreciate them and Merry Maids!

They did such a wonderful job! My daughter and I were amazed. I thought I was good at cleaning my house, but it’s never been this sparkly! Also, They showed up in time and were professional and friendly.

I found the work thorough and top notch! I have never used a cleaning service before and thought I would need to go back and put in some extra work. Did not need to do so. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations.

We hired merry maids to get our home ready for showings and the team did a beautiful job. They were in and out faster than expected and I was very happy with the results! I hired Merry Maids for a deep clean of my 1400 sq ft home. It took about 2.5 hours for two employees and they did a fantastic job. I needed that reset, badly. I’ll be hiring them to come every other week for maintenance cleanings. Thanks Zaida!

Merry Maids is the best! Maids arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. They did a thorough/excellent cleaning of my son’s home. I am and he will be very pleased!

They communicated arrival well, and when an earlier time didn't work out, dispatch was also wonderfully prompt in adjusting back to the original time for the appt. Both cleaners arrived right on time and did a phenomenal job in prepping my condo for the next tenants that would come in, would hire again!

Merry Maids did a great job with our apartment clean out when we moved. We would hire them again and recommend them if you need a similar service.

The teams are doing better. I just wish there was more consistency in the teams assigned to my house. Back in the 80’s when I had Merry Maids in Colorado, I two teams that I could count on being there. Also, language barriers are a problem for me. Sometimes my daughter has a break between clients and can speak with them, but not always. I know this is my fault also!

Merry Maids did a great job cleaning up after a move out. The only thing I would suggest is for them to bring a broom. The patios were dusty as well as the garage and front porch and could have used a good sweep but they were very professional and the process was very smooth

The team that cleaned my house did a fantastic job! They worked efficiently and got the targeted area clean in record time, so they even took care of extra areas with the time they had left. Highly recommend!

VERY TEMPERAMENTAL

Communication will be fuzzy so make sure they take you off speaker phone so that communication will be fluid.

Was told the cleaning would be $90 plus tax for the first session which would be 9-11.

Maid was lost so started a bit later than expected. I have a 725sq ft apartment. Asked for no-entry in bedroom so just bathroom kitchen and main area. Left prior to the maid being finished, as I had to run few errands. Maid stayed from 9-11:52, basically an extra hour. Then noticed my invoice for $270 later that evening.

Was forwarded to the manager, Mike when I called in. I discussed the bill with him, which i did not agree to spendn $270 his voice got louder and louder. Being from CA, I have a lot of friends and family who are hispanic, when i called Mike “primo” (cousin in spanish) he immediately and repeatedly called me a racist over and over when i meant it as a form of respect.

I was shocked at his response and was told theres nobody higher than him as he’s the the branch manager.

Will not be going with Merry Maids again. Would like to report Mike to corporate as well. Very un-professional

Jessica did an outstanding job including cleaning under the bed, we really appreciated her outstanding job, highly recommend her efforts.

Gabriela and Rui did fantastic work! I was just beat from moving and clearing every last bit of stuff from my apartment, and knew I was just not going to be able to do a proper job on my own. Calling Merry Maids was one of the best decisions I've made in the moving process. They were professional, did quality work, and made the place look better than it had been since the day I moved in. Average attention to detail cleaning.
Cleaners did not wipe all the ceiling fan blades, cabinet surfaces, the refrigerator, or the burner pans on the stove top.. Did not even load the dishwasher.

I recently moved into my new home which was very dusty and definitely needed a deep clean. I called around and got the best quote from Merry Maids! I was shocked when I arrived at my new home. Their service is top notch. Ruby was great! I will be requesting her from now on.

We hired Merry Maids for 2 houses, paid premium (>3x than we normally spend on monthly cleaning).

Attaching picture where our premium appliance, only 10 days old turned to black from bronze and scratches on the range. Same was the case with our other house too, we had to hire another cleaner's to get the job done.

And on top of that a customer representative called us and willing to compensate for re-hiring other cleaner's and replacing part's provided we give them "5" star rating. We rejected the same, as we felt no one else should go through this and its like paid review. We are not here for paid reviews, we wanted compensation for bad work done, hrs scheduling cleaner's, hiring other cleaners on short notice and had to go through replacing the parts that are damaged.
