We have been using the services of Merry Maids for several years and have been very pleased with their services and with their scheduling and notifications.

Bad quality cleaning service! The two ladies were in rush once they started, even I showed them a few spots after they finished the job that were not cleaned. Nonetheless, after they left I still saw many spots in the kitchen, doors, corners etc that were not cleaned at all. See pictures. Terrible job! The only reason I’m giving 2 star is because it was easy to schedule. Otherwise, would never use or recommend this low quality cleaning company to anyone!

We moved to a brand new house. Scheduled both the houses move in and move out cleaning based on an input from a friend as they did appliance cleaning well for move out cleaning. They did not deep clean either of the houses as professionals. Not at all recommended. Not happy with the services. Attaching the pics after cleaning for reference. After their cleaning, again I need to get my cleaning scheduled with one of my previous cleaning lady who did fantastic job for 1/3rd of the price they charged me.

The general clean twice weekly is really helpful. Our house is busy and we need the extra hands to keep our house functional. When I had a request to change the way they did something, they responded immediately and accommodated my needs. I really appreciate all of the team!

We booked a deep cleaning prior to listing our house for sale. The ladies were fabulous! They did an amazing job - our home was super clean and they definitely paid attention to some of the specific areas I asked them to focus on. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a man and a woman that cleaned our office a couple nights a week. The woman was sweet and professional at first but the man that was with her threatened to fight 3 of our employees. We found out later that he doesn’t even work at that company and the woman was just bringing him along to help out. That is dangerous and extremely unprofessional. If you care about the safety of yourself and the people you work with do NOT hire these guys.
