I arrived at a sublet on a weekend and, since it was evacuated by college students ready for summer, was left in terrible condition. We called HappyClean and they worked on a Saturday even though they are not open. In a few hours, they turned the apartment into a beautiful and clean space. I highly recommend them.

Happy clean is a very professional service we use them at Alexan Riverside. They have multiple services besides cleaning. Painting and drywall repairs invoicing is very easy as well . Ross is very knowledgeable and has great insight on how to maintain our apartment community .

I have had the opportunity to use the services of Happy Clean for student housing rooms. There coordination/communication is always excellent, The rooms have been cleaned by several different team members but with the same attention to detail.  In addition the rooms were checked by the Happy Clean managers.  Overall I am very happy with their Excellent Services.
