We've been happy with Texas Cleaning Services. We feel like it is a good price for our monthly cleaning, and they are always timely and reliable. The management has been responsive if we ever had an issue to discuss. We are particularly happy with our regular cleaner, Angelica. She is friendly and considerate. She does a great job, cleans thoroughly, and works wonders on some tough to clean spots in our shower! I'm always happy after a cleaning session.

We needed a cleaning to prepare our home for sale in the Austin area. I found this company online and I was very impressed by the efficient web request that let me identify what was most important. We had private house keepers before. Texas Cleaning Service is the first company we've worked with. Their cleaners have been taking care of our home for several years now. At the start we negotiated very specific cleaning routines and criteria. The cleaners have done a great job cleaning our home to those specifics. They usually don't speal English but that's been the norm since licing in Austin. They're always friendly. For the past year we've had the same woman so that's been nice to not have an unknown face show up. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is sometimes things are missed. They're minor but more deserving of a 4 star than a 5 star where 5 stars is perfect. Although Angelica has picked up her game recently and hasn't missed a thing; she even has exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Texas Cleaning Services.

I recently had a cleaning service come to my apartment, and I was so happy with the experience! Booking was a breeze, the communication was crystal clear, and the team showed up right on time. They cleaned every nook and cranny, even those tricky spots, baseboards, the kitchen and bathroom, and left the floors shining.

They took great care of my things and left everything neat and fresh. I can’t recommend this cleaning service enough, they’re super reliable, thorough, and friendly, and they’ll give you peace of mind and amazing results!

Nice hardworking team who dont just do the light stuff. They do whatever is needed. They have been a lifesaver to me as I am recuperating from major surgery and can do very little cleaning. I admire their strong work ethic and trust them 100%. I highly recommend them.

We had our oven and vent hood cleaned. Victoria Obando did a wonderful job. Spotless oven and hood filters. And she kept our kitchen clean. Highly recommend.

I had a bit of an emergency carpet situation and George and Sandra were honestly amazing. They were able to come out super quickly when I was in a time crunch, which I really appreciated. They called ahead to confirm, showed up right on time, and were both incredibly kind and professional.

They took the time to look at the rug, explain what they were doing, and then got right to work. They even helped move things around so they could clean everything properly, which I really appreciated. The whole process was efficient, thorough, and stress-free.

The rug looks and smells so much better, and I’m really grateful for how smoothly everything went. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend George and Sandra if you need carpet cleaning done quickly and professionally.

Highly recommend! Alicia Moreno did a great job on cleaning our house, we are really happy with her service, also love her attention to details she is always paying attention to, like getting the conners cleaned, even behind the night stand! In the end, she made my toilet paper and kitchen towels so pretty!

Merry Maids continue to clean the house exceptionally well!

This time was great. Previous times we’ve had the mirrors not cleaned or dirt still in the corners. Very happy with the girls this last visit though.

Twice I have called the office to move a scheduled cleaning well in advance, and nothing was changed. They came on a day I said not to come, and even called to tell me they couldn't get in. Today they were supposed to come, switched from next week, and no one showed. I called the office at 9:30am and left a message. Called again at 10am and the person who answered the phone said I was still on the schedule for next week.

Sarah and her team took care of me at the last minute during the sale of my house. They did sure a great job I had an offer in 4 hours!

Have been using twice/mo for 6 months and always extremely satisfied with the work done and the ladies who themselves! Would highly recommend

I have used Merry Maids for 2 years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I will be using them for all my cleaning needs. Gooood job!!!!!

They came to clean my mother’s house and just really didn’t do a good job. They didn’t do the one thing that my mother specifically asked for on a written note that I know was read because I handed it to them. Maybe we have different ideas of what clean is but I don’t think that the dog hair left in the corner is anyone’s idea of clean. I have an eye for attention to detail and that was not meet. Also, they left a towel behind. I’m sure because my mom is the sweetest person on the planet that she won’t say anything so instead I will. I will also fix what they failed to clean.

We had a great experience! The owner Sarah met us for a last minute consultation to see my clients home in Westlake. She took great care of us! Her girls was polite and professional and they did a great job!
