I've known Sarah & Marilyn for years and they run a tight ship! All of their maids are professional & efficient, and they do a phenomenal job on your house. Not to mention they are insured & bonded, so you can feel very comfortable leaving the housekeepers home alone.

Mediocre cleaning. Got a pair of my shoes stolen and called them multiple times getting no answers. If you want your stuff stolen go for it. and now you are saying you didn’t have me as a customer when my dad Brian was the one who had someone come in.

Merry Maids of West Austin has always been a top notch cleaning service. From deep cleaning to regular service, the results are lovely. The service is thorough and, since it's usually a team of at least two who arrives to your home or business, the service is quick!! I highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Merry Maids and I sadly don’t recommend them. The person who scheduled me on the phone told me that a Move out clean was charged $150/hr and that 2 maids would come in. But the day of, only 1 maid came, and she had completely different information on her side of what we were doing. She was nice the spots she did clean were great, but I feel like we were ripped off considering she had to take longer since there weren’t two maids, and therefore I paid more. In the end I was charged $300 for a deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen…couldn’t even finish the rest of what I requested because of time.

Rachel and Sarah have consistently been great at making the house feel kind and fresh and welcoming , no matter what state we’ve been in and dealing with, and they’ve been routinely flexible, human, and deeply kind to all humans and animals in our house! They’ve been helping us for months! I recommend them most highly !

Aida and Ross are absolutely the GOATs of cleaning, and other tasks. I manage a 1000 bedroom student housing property in Austin, TX and when our cleaners backed out, HappyClean quickly swopped in to save the day and clean 265 units for us. I truly love working with them, Aida truly puts the "happy" in HappyClean.
