I recently had a tree, which had been dead for over a year taken care of by Monarch. They cut all of the branches back and made it safe. It actually looks nice until I have it completely taken down.I will definitely use them again.Totally pleased with the entire experience. Very reasonable and great people.

James and his team did a great job. Went the extra mile in cleaning up limbs and debris afterwards and removed a tree stump free of charge that was there from a previous tree removal. Would recommend to anyone.

Monarch Tree service is top of the line. Prompt efficient affordable and professional. I had to use an arborist and he was very knowledgeable and experienced . Clean up was perfect and your not treated like a customer your treated like family and friends. Give them a try here at CDS we did .

27+ years on this 1/2 acre and after a dozen or so major tree trimmings and removals, this one with James of Monarch Tree Service is surely the best. No negatives, and I will even give a 10 for the cleanup which for most tree people is unattainable. James is a professional arborist and is now my go-to tree man.

Garland (Jeffrey) Cisneros Gave us a far better price to clean up our trees (mostly live oaks) after the ice-storm damage than we got from other arborists in town.. Leon and crew did a wonderful job and really cleaned up after themselves. This was such a better experience than I have had with any type of contractor the past few years. First time I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Jeffery Cisneros was great ! He was very responsive and a pleasures to work with. His crew was extremely diligent and friendly. I was very impressed with the care and thoughtfulness they had for my trees. Wonderful experience, these are my go to guys from now on!

The first morning of the February ice storm in Austin, I found a large tree branch blocking my garage door. I Googled vendors, then started calling. First response: "See you in a week or so!" Second call went to Monarch, and James answered. By the afternoon, he had removed the obstacle and stacked the trimmings at the curb, and I was free to get out. As the storm continued a second night and I lost power, the damage mounted, and every tree service in town -- including Monarch -- was swamped with calls. The first casualty in these conditions is often customer service, and good communication. James, however, kept me posted via text messages. It was a positive experience! Monarch will be my first call next time!

Our entire neighborhood was devastated during the 2023 ice storm. I called Monarch after my trees suffered extensive damage all around my property and James had his crew come out in no time to clean everything up. His pricing was reasonable and he was empathetic, which was highly appreciated during those very stressful times. I recommended Monarch to my neighbors and they were equally satisfied with the service.

We used Monarch to clear our roof line and remove a couple of small live oaks starting to block our driveway. Their arborist Jeffrey came out shortly after we put in the request through the online form (on a Sunday!) and spent a good 45 minutes or so hearing us out and offering advice. He didn't BS us or try to upsell or anything, just facts and professional advice. The crew led by James came out a couple days later (they could have come sooner but I pushed the date out) and did a fantastic job. They trimmed everything exactly how we wanted it, no mistakes, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Our driveway has never been so clear of debris! They even stacked the firewood from the live oaks in a thoughtful way, exactly where we wanted it.

The only "mistake" is that we talked with Jeff about topping our crape myrtles but we forgot to get it on the project estimate sent to the crew. That's as much our fault as it is Monarch's since we signed off on the project without noticing it. After the crew came, my wife remembered the crape myrtles and contacted Jeff and they sent a crew back out to top them, no charge. Really a generous move and shows they care about their reputation.

All in all, no issues at all and I'm really pleased with the service.

Just used Monarch Tree Service last week and am very pleased with the results. Great work at a fair price. Their certified arborist Jeff met with us and came up with a plan and estimate. Jeff Magera and the crew came the following week and completed the job, making sure that they did what we wanted done. Highly recommend!

Monarch was on-time, all workers were very professional and expert tree pruners. Used stump Grinder on 3 stumps where larger trees were removed - also ground large roots. Three sites look excellent. I was especially impressed that owner James was onsite the whole day assisting workers. I have had numerous tree services at my house over 33 years. Some were very good but Monarch is by far the best.

James and his crew did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations in every way. They took pride in their work and went above and beyond to make not only my large trees look incredible, but also cleaned up the property after. It truly looked better after they left, than when they arrived. They were timely, professional and knowledgeable. Even after a full day of tree trimming, James did a walk through after to make sure every small detail was taken care of and nothing was missed. I would give him 100 stars if I could!

I spoke with James at Monarch about doing a long-overdue trimming of the trees in my yard. He gave a thorough estimate, evaluated a couple of trees for removal, and ultimately indicted they did not need to be removed. He let me know when he could start and complete the work and the work was done on time as promised. Everything was completely cleaned up and hauled off at the end of each day. James and his team did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Monarch for tree trimming and cutting. They were professional, prompt, and thorough.

I was very pleased with my recent experience with Monarch. James provided a quick response (<2 hrs) to my initial inquiry and came out and provided a quote the same day. I found the price to be very fair, especially when comparing to some others I received following the winter storm in February. I found the quality of their work to be superior to similar jobs by others in the past. Can't say enough how much I was impressed with the overall quality and professionalism of James and his crew. Would definitely recommend.

James and his crew were amazing. We had a 150 year old oak tree suddenly fall over. He quoted us an amazing price and got things done fast. Him and his team cleaned up the yard so well you would never know anything ever happened. They took such pride in their work. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend all our friends use them too.
