Amazing work!

Initially, I had a standard house maid service tackle the work and it was very surface level... I did not feel comfortable at all with how my carpet and restroom tiles were looking.

Realized I needed to specialize for a good deep carpet cleaning and grout cleaning on top of that. There was also a lingering odor that I couldn't get rid of that came from my roommate's bedroom (recently moved out).

Did some research on my options and I'm glad I made the right choice here with Austin Clean Spaces!

The cleaning process was explained in full details with levels of options so I knew exactly what I wanted and needed. Communication was very friendly and responsive and the value was great. But most importantly, the actual cleaning/service itself was AMAZING!

My house had 2 cats and a dog over 3 years and that amounted to a lot of dander and piss/vomit stains that couldn't be removed with standard cleaning. Within just a couple hours, the whole house's carpet was just like new - every deep stain gone and felt/looked very fresh. All the weird odors emitting from the carpet was gone as well.

On top of that, the grout was thoroughly cleaned without any visible evidence of staining. I also got my shower acid washed and my couched cleaned with the same amazing results.

I am very happy with the results and how my money was well spent. William was the lead technician and he led everything wonderfully. Would highly recommend this business for any carpet and title cleaning needs - I'll be revisiting myself for future service.

I was thinking I might need my ducts cleaned so made an appt with William to come give me an estimate. After he checked my a/c units and some intake vents he said everything looked ok and really didn’t warrant cleaning. Wish we had known about Austin Clean Spaces earlier. Their deep cleaning service goes beyond any of the traditional services like that. The carpet had some deep stains that other big logo services could not remove. The tiles in the master bath look good as new after the power wash with the detergent that they used. Shout out to William for an outstanding job and customer service.

Hired through Thumbtack where they are highly rated. They did a great job with some carpets that had seen a lot of pet stains. Scheduling was easy, communication was prompt, they showed up right on time. Pricing was fair and transparent. Optional add on services (e.g. adding pet-proofing enzymes) were presented with no hard sell. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them!

Outstanding Carpet and House Cleaning Service
I hired Austin Clean Spaces for both carpet cleaning and a full house deep clean — and they did an amazing job! The carpets look brand new, with no stains or odors, and the entire house was left spotless. The team was on time, professional, and paid attention to every detail. William is an absolutely amazing individual. You can tell he really cares about doing things right. His professionalism, responsiveness, honesty, punctuality, and attitude were amazing from the get go. He gave me a very reasonable quote within minutes of my inquiry, and we set an appointment for a few days later. He sent reminders about the service, called me beforehand, and showed up early. Once he arrived, we realized that we'd need a deeper cleaning, and he gave us a very fair price for the additional treatment. William and his coworker worked quickly, thoroughly, and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We would highly recommend William and Austin Clean Spaces to anyone looking for cleaning services of any kind. We've gotten quotes for tile and grout cleaning from William, and will hire Austin Clean Spaces again in the future for all our cleaning needs! We can't thank him enough!

Great experience all the way around! Our tech William was awesome! He took the time to explain the process, how to clean if we had any future spills, showed us the before and after, as well as how satisfying it was to watch all of the dirt and grime get sucked up into the vacuum. Incredibly professional and friendly, would gladly have him back for our next job.

After checking out the reviews, I contacted Austin Clean Spaces to clean and seal the grout on my kitchen floor.  William was prompt in providing a quote and scheduling the service.  While pressure washing the kitchen floor, William brought to my attention that there were areas that were not responding to the thorough cleaning at 1500 PSI.  It was obvious to William that the grout had been originally color-sealed due to discoloration and the only way to restore it completely would be with a grout color seal.  I understood the issue and allowed ample time for the floor to dry after it was cleaned and sealed, so I could easily identify the areas of concern.  Even though I was informed of the need for a color seal, I contacted William and asked him if he could return to my home and touch up those areas.
For my peace of mind, William graciously put me back on the schedule and returned to my home to touch up the permanent stains.
William’s work ethic is exemplary! His commitment to quality work, his professionalism, honesty, dependability, punctuality, and attitude were evident.  He is dependable and truly takes pride in his work.
