I had my condo listed as a STR for years and needless to say it took an absolute beating. Dylan and his crew did an incredible job getting my condo ready to be listed. Communication was great, pricing was fair, and the work was exemplary. I could not be happier with the service they provided and would recommend without hesitation.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled (mostly down to the studs) by Papasan Home Services. We could not have been more pleased by the process or by the work they did. Dylan was great at communicating during the project, and was flexible about adapting to what we wanted. The price was definitely fair. We got three bids, and went with Dylan because it was clear he was going to manage the project well. Dylan, Gio, and Matt (the staff) were all personable and friendly, worked very hard to keep the impact of a big remodeling to a minimum, did excellent, timely work. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our new bathroom. I'd recommend them for any project.

We are new home owners and it’s pretty overwhelming. We were happy to welcome Matt from PHS to help us with items we are not skilled to do— such as hanging drapes, fixing light fixtures, realigning doors so they close, etc. Matt is professional yet personable and got the jobs done right!! We would definitely recommend PHS to anyone who needs a home thing done— big or small!!

I have had them do SO MANY odd things for me since my husband passed away. I always check with them 1st to see if they can do a particular job. No matter how large or small they have managed to do everything reasonably and quickly. From a freeze leak on outside wall, to refurbishing my half bath, cleaning out my dryer vent that exits up through the attic. I have been so very pleased!!!

I have been working with Michael Perkins and MRP H&C Services, Inc. (MRP) going on 11 years. I own several SFR Rentals in the Leander & Liberty Hill area. Michael & MRP are essentially my property manager and my eyes on the ground as I live out of state. They can repair and replace anything. They do high quality work and are very reliable. We used MRP Home & Commercial Services to install a barn-door style bi-fold door system. I was very nervous because my doors were custom made to fit my door opening, and I didn't want to hire "just anyone" to come and install them (and potentially not do it correctly). Michael (owner) was communicative from day one. He reassured me that his team could do the job and he was 100% right. I provided the doors and thee hardware, and his technician Mike did all the rest. When we had a confirmed date and time, Mike was at my door two minutes early - just like I prefer! I loved they could provide an early morning start. He spent the morning making sure my doors were exactly how I wanted them. He checked in with me when necessary and made sure I was happy with the final product. I am thrilled with the result. While he was here, I even had him measure for another product I am considering - I know who I am using for this project! Truly, I am so happy I found MRP. Highly recommend.

Awesome results, punctual and professional personnel. Repair of house settling cracks, painting of living and dining rooms, kitchen, office, hallway, entry way. They did a great job of masking. The workers I had were very polite and cleaned up the area where they worked. I did not have much to clean up after they finished.

We had Mike come out to recaulk the exposed wooden beams in my 2 story living room — they had started showing gaps and cracks from a couple years of settling. The team arrived on time, protected all my furniture and floors, carefully removed the old caulk, and applied a clean, tight bead across each of the seams. If you're in Austin or Spicewood and need any repairs done right, these guys are the best — highly recommend and I'll definitely use them again for other projects!
