I had a great experience with Papasan Home Services. My neighbors had used them and recommended them. I received a call shortly after my initial inquiry, and Dylan came out to diagnose the problem. He was very professional, and presented me several options. I never felt like he tried to upsell or convince me I needed additional repairs. Two days later, the work was completed, and it was completed correctly.

Just to highlight, I would give the Papasan Home Service team a 10-star rating for doing an outstanding job preparing my house for sale. They (Dylan & crew) were very professional, polite, very experienced and knowledgeable in what needed to be done to make the house ready for viewing. They provided welcoming ideas on what needed to be done based on their experience. Since I was remote they provided before and after pictures and videos. The quote they provided was very detailed and they were easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they'd do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job. They also welcomed suggestions given by the realtor on a few upgrades. I would recommend their service and would definitely hire them again!

We first started with a repair to the bathroom at our rental property - his prices was more the competitive and they are very quick to get small project repairs done that others might put off.
Since then, we have been working with Papassan to do various tasks around our new house that were left unfinished by our original builder. They were able to get creative to fix issues that have been plaguing us for a solution for months! They were flexible with adding things as there are always new items to add once you get started. We also had some custom pull shelves installed that are a lifesaver for our very deep cabinets - pricing was very competitive and I was able to get exactly what I wanted not choose from stock options that didn't match the cabinets. They also used some leftover wood that we had to really finish out the unfinished space in our kitchen. It was such a refreshing experience to get input into the finished project instead of being rushed through.

Dylan jumped on a troubling floor problem and swiftly diagnosed the cause and executed the solution. Did great work and was an extremely effective communicator--very helpful as I don't live locally.

Arrived on time and fixed the hole in my ceiling . Great job .

They (Dylan & Glenn) were very professional, polite, very experienced and knowledgeable of the various trades (repairing sheet-rock, painting, plumbing, etc) involved.
The quote they provided was competitive and they were easy to work with in regards to scheduling. They arrived when they said they would, did what they said they'd do, and effectively communicated with us throughout the job, as needed. I worked with Dylan and Gio- Gio came by and fixed my shower faucet for me and he even found my water valve for me for the next plumbing issue I have! They were both really helpful and informative!

Dylan, Gio and the rest of the Papasan Home Services did an amazing job upgrading our house. They are very professional, kept me informed about the progress of the work, so I didn’t have to chase them daily, and we have a high quality finished product completed on time. As a civil engineer myself, I’m picky about details when it comes to house repairs. They performed multiple tasks including painting the house, grout cleaning, outdoor repairs, painting of kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. I’m very happy about the results. They also worked very clean. They treated my house as if their own and left the house tidy after each work day, and very clean when they finished the job. I will definitely reach out to them for any upgrade/repair projects in the future and highly recommend them.

I've been super, super happy with Dylan at Papasan Home Services. He answered the call to install a Saterdrop under sink water filtration unit at my house, and due to complications outside of Dylan's control (complications with the unit itself), we experienced a number of issues and problems with the water filtration system. Dylan's professionalism and support throughout the entire process was second to none. He coordinated directly with Waterdrop customer support, and allowed me to be completely hands-off through the entire process. What was an unfortunate and potentially frustrating issue and malfunction was handled beautifully and smoothly, thanks to Dylan's incredible professionalism and service orientation. Dylan and his team did a great job renovating the kitchen in our new home as well as completing several other projects (flooring, building a new tv cabinet, mantel, and floating shelves, installing light fixtures, etc.). He helped us come up with creative ideas and was able to execute our vision when other contractors said it wasn’t possible. We’ve continued to use him for minor repairs and consultations and he is always thorough and efficient, frequently going beyond what is required (he even relocated a large spider on his last visit 😀). His crew is great and easy to work with. Highly recommend the entire team!

Papasan Home Services has professionalized the Handy Man business! I was selling a rental property and I did not have to lift a finger. They worked through a list of needs that was identified in the inspection and even saved me money. I would highly recommend working with them on any large or small home projects.

Dylan, Cole and team at Papasan are so great we hired them to do work in both of our homes. Our first experience with them was a make ready of our old home as we prepped to put it on the market. They were easy to work with, great at communicating and worked with us to find the best and most cost effective solutions for our 50+ year old home. When we planned to do some renovations in our new home it was a no brainer to hire them again. They redid our kitchen quickly, affordably, and beautifully and we couldn’t be happier. We will absolutely be using them again in the future as we work through our project list and can’t recommend them enough!

Dylan and his team recently remodeled our entire kitchen and 1st floor half bathroom, and we could not be happier with their work. The process was thorough and collaborative from start to finish, and timely! In 4 weeks our new kitchen and half bathroom was ready to host a gathering with friends.

I am thrilled with the fixture installations by Dylan and his team. Leading up to the day of installation, Dylan was responsive, listened to my needs and found great products for the 2 areas where I needed recommendations that were in addition to fixtures selected by my interior designer. He kept me updated every step of the way.

On the day of, he and Geo went above and beyond: for example, a switch in my newly built house that was "dead" was rerouted to one of my dazzling new fixtures! Dylan even called my attention to an issue that he noticed while in my attic with my HVAC and gave practical advice and options on how to handle. One small issue with a microwave light, that I thought, "hey maybe while they have the breaker off I can sneak around them and fix myself"--nope: they didn't blink at completely fixing for me. Also, they cleaned up so well that the only trace left was the stunning lights they installed.

Dylan's work was a game changer in my great room and kitchen: I'm happy, my interior designer is happy, I can't wait to show off their work, which started probably before Dylan pulled out of the driveway: I sent everyone pics. Thank you for everything, team!
