I had Leaf Filter install my gutters yesterday, and it was start to finish a great experience. It started with Scott beginning the experience with knowledge of the product and finding out what I was wanting to accomplish. He listened , answered all my questions, and presented the options I asked for. All good so far but the best part is where the rubber meets the road: the installers. You can have the best product, a good salesman but if you miss on instalation the rest does not matter. I had what I consider one of the best experiences ever with instalation and installers. First Robert and Gregg are excellent, professional, and just plain nice. Robert answered my questions with the why and what so that I could understand and have confidence after the explanation. Second went about the job quickly and efficiently. Third the job site was clean and left just like they found it with the exception of gutters they had just installed. If you decide to have gutters installed by Leaf Filter ( which would be a great choice ) and you are from Central Texas ask for these guys ( you won't be disappointed and that will be your best choice ) and I would wait till they are available because they are that good. Thanks Leaf Filter and especially Robert and Gregg.

Installer Blaine did an outstanding job; installation planning, attention to detail, customer relations, and site management/cleanup.
The product proved it's worth soon after a windy fall rain knocked everything off the overhanging trees and would have been in my gutters for me to clean. Nope.

Leaf Filter lights are fantastic! They are so much fun! And the installation was flawless. I couldn’t be more pleased! No more climbing on a ladder to hang lights and the colors and patterns are amazing.

I use the website which drew me in to try to get a rough price online. It directed me and ended up scheduling a appointment for a sales person to visit which is fine. The sales rep came and we agreed to get a price on just adding screens to my existing gutters. He went back to his vehicle where he spent a significant amount of time putting together a quote for almost $10,000 for 200 linear feet of gutters. Obviously that was not what I was expecting not realizing he was quoting a whole new gutter system not just the screens like we agreed upon. He then proceeded to call his sales manager and try to put him on speakerphone to negotiate. They offered me a 15% discount at first for something I didn’t qualify for. I’m not retired nor military. After I went inside and was getting ready to leave the house the salesman approached me again and offered me the whole system at cost at $5000. This was a very shady presentation and I did not respect the whole process needles to say I will not be going with this product because I was not listened to as a consumer.

Robert, Greg and Jose did a fantastic job with the installation. They got to it, and for all the work being done on the sides of our house they were extremely quiet and unobtrusive. I honestly expected more noise or hearing them on the roof. But they were professional and knew what they were doing up and down the entire project. The installation looks great, solid and frankly like its always been a part of the house since the beginning. Can't recommend them enough.

Oscar and Candido did an excellent job! Hard workers and got the job done in a timely manner. Couldn’t be more happier with the results.

I love the permanent lighting. I would have a better hand-off. The person who was to show us the app did set it up, but lacked the ability to use it. We had to call someone twice. He gave me a copy of the handbook/use guide. I would have preferred something bound for the cost. They were friendly and the one installer worked hard all day. Love the lights.

We got the permanent lighting installed and it looks and works great! I did lots of research and read tons of reviews with other competitors. We went with Leaf filter because although the lighting installation is new for the company this company has been around a long time! If we ever have problems with our lighting we do not have to worry about this company no longer being in business. The staff was the icing on the cake! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Great customer service from the bid to the gutter and light installation. They were ALL TOP NOTCH. Communicated with us thru every step and are 100% happy with the results.

The LeafFilter sales representative that came to my house was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered my multiple questions patiently, and helped expedite the gutter protection installation. The installer was very careful and corrected some problems that my gutters had. I can recommend this company highly.

I had Leaf home install permanent lighting back in nov and I wanted to wait a few months to see how it went. After 90 days my system is working perfectly! My lights are brighter than all of my neighbors and I have so much fun with my girls picking different colors each night. I’m loving my lights!

Tree came out and answered all our questions so well. He also educated us on the quality of his company’s product. I would highly recommend using him and leaf filter for your gutters!

We are so excited about the permanent lighting we are having installed. Our salesman, Matt Carney, was very informative, professional, and personable. He didn’t rush or push us, but went over all the details. He was able to schedule our installation quickly to have the lights installed when it was most convenient for us. If you’re looking for information about permanent lighting I highly suggest requesting Matt Carney.

From sales to install, my experience was fantastic. Installer (Blaine) was very knowledgeable/skilled and went above just installing just the filters. He showed me /gave me a recommendation to solve a possible roofing issue on my patio, hung up my rain sensor that the gutter installer forgot to put back up and even taped up a wire on my hvac unit. Really appreciated the attention to the details, doing a great job and going above & beyond what was expected!

Reed and Seth did a fantastic installation of gutter leaf filter and house lighting systems. Both young men were very polite.
They stayed late to complete the job.
Area was cleaned before they departed.
They explained how to program lighting system using app on my phone.

The lights look great! They were fast and efficient. Everyone was very nice. I am looking forward to not climbing ladders for decorations in the future.
