We decided to purchase the Leaf Filter gutters after seeing the difference in quality of their product compared to others. Our salesman, Glen Whited, was very professional and friendly, and took the time to go over, in detail, the differences between Leaf Filter and all the other companies. He set up a crew to install them the next day. They were awesome and very friendly, too. They did a great job on the install and cleaned the area thoroughly before they left. We got rain on the first night and the gutters handled everything just fine. No leaks or problems. Excellent warranty on the product was another reason to go with Leaf Filter. Great job!

We love our leaf filter permanent lighting. The whole experience was extremely professional. They sent Josh Cole out to measure and give us all the details- He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. His manager Alec checked in on our house to make sure everything was going smoothly. Jason the install manager made sure we had the best team on our install and I can not say enough about the two brothers, Oscar and Candido, who did the install. They were so kind and did a fantastic job. The whole experience was easy and we got great results! Would recommend 100%.

We needed grab bars installed in our shower. The first place we called gave us a date out six weeks. Golden Home came and assessed it the day after we called, and they installed it the following day. We are very happy with the prompt and professional install. We will definitely be calling them again.

I've been working with Golden Home off and on since May last year. My elderly father could no longer work on his home so I came in from out of state to help take on the maintenance for the 60+ yo house. I have no hands on maintenance experience and was (am) mostly busy with my parent's doctor appointments and care so it felt (feels) overwhelming just to think about the items I needed to address with the property (roof repairs, hvac/hot water heater maintenance/repair/replacement, pest control, etc.etc.etc.) So when I saw them on an FB caregiver group, I reached out. They did a free assessment and later sent specialists to address each issue. They all make me feel heard, not condescended to, and provide a written priority list for me to review and address at my pace. The team helps me imagine and get quotes for how to make the home more accessible for family (and comfortable for me). They totally get that I'm splitting my time/energies with family care/commitments. And the best part is that I have one point of contact, who's accessible (I prefer texts, emails) very responsive, kind, understanding and professional. They've helped relieve some of the stress of being a caregiver, a great resource.

My parents had properties that needed pool repair, plumbing repair, addressing leaks, roof replacement, landscaping, cleaning, and trash disposal. Golden Hone took care of everything which was a huge lifesaver. It was a complex job and they coordinated a variety of professionals and it was so well done!

These folks are great! We had a leak in our living room ceiling. After the leak was repaired and the area dried we called Evan for a drywall contractor. He had the drywall people at our house the next morning and it was done by noon the next day! Gabriel did a BEAUTIFUL job and it looks better than before the leak! We have had Golden Home do several projects for us- every one has been awesome and the contractors have been so nice and trustworthy.

GHM has been a huge lifesaver for me. They quickly knock out tasks that have been on my 'to-do' list forever. They are always well equip and have the tools needed to complete my projects. Overall, the monthly subscription fee has saved me money in the long run with not having to buy tools or items I would only need once, and I don't have to go through the hassle of finding a handy man to complete the tasks.

As a senior citizen, I no longer want to climb ladders, navigate the attic, check the gutters on the roof, etc. Their service includes so many monthly items that everyone should address, but we put off for one reason or another. When it comes to major equipment, like HVAC, Golden Home Management brings professionals who check everything out and give you a printout of exactly what they did and the condition of the equipment. I feel confident using them as they are always professional, on time, friendly, and always offer to do extra above and beyond the scheduled monthly items.

We love Golden Home Management! Cody and his team are super communicative, friendly, and great to work with. We've really enjoyed and benefited from their help in a home maintenance routine. It's so easy to let thing slip or forget important maintenance checks and with this service they stay on top of it for you!
