They did a good job removing a few dead trees and fallen branches. They cut the stumps so good it didnt need grinding. Price is reasonable. Definitely I d reccommend their bussiness.

Excellent service. They came to give me a quote the same day I called, and were able to come to next day to remove the dead tree in my yard that was completely covered in poison oak.

I had Precision come out to take out three sago palms to protect my dog. Sago palms are very toxic to dogs, and can even be fatal if not treated immediately. I specifically mentioned this more than once.

Yesterday early morning, I rushed my dog to a veterinary emergency room because she had ingested sago palm seeds (something I discovered after her eighth time vomiting and drooling uncontrollably). After her 48-hour care, I now have a medical bill costing $3,800. My dog, luckily, is doing well so far.

If the seed in the attached picture had been deep in the ground, I would be more forgiving. But, this seed was near the top. The crew tossed some dirt and rocks over it and called it a day. And unfortunately for my dog, potentially signed her death warrant.

I’ll have to go out and purchase a shovel, so I can dig around to make sure nothing is left behind.

I leave them with one star, because despite all of this, they were kind and easy to work with.

But, I won’t recommend them to anyone.

I have taken a quote for tree removal. They gave me reasonable quote. I said them to go on. After that they never gave me schedule.
I have called them several times and left them voicemail, send them email,no answer. it passed more than a month in this situation. Now i got a fine from my HOA.

After Posting the Initial Review, They gave me a call back and gave the schedule for the next day.
On scheduled day they came right on time and removed the tree.
after the tree removal they cleaned the Yard and have taken all the debris. They have done the work professionally.
Even-though there was some initial hiccups regarding the schedule, at the end everything worked out fine.

I've used this service twice and both times they were incredibly responsive.

One during the ice storm and they came out and took care of trees that were likely to cause additional damage. They couldn't haul them off the day of because of the ice and snow, but they came back the day and time they said. They quoted a reasonable price. They repaired my fence damaged by the neighbor's tree!

The second time I was out of town and some windstorm dropped huge branches the city just stacked in my yard (not my trees). They came out and trimmed my trees, neighbors trees that fell on my shed, and for a bit extra cut up and hauled off whoever's trees were stacked in my yard.

Will use again and would recommend to others.
