Today I stop by thinking about using their services went to the door and they refused me to go in because I was not wearing a mask. I personally prefer not to do business with the company is telling me what I have to do to earn their business no thank you they need to earn my business

Today I called and the phone was answered "h...huhhhhhhh (I am annoyed what do you want gasp) this is Rose. How may I help you (trails off to an obvious 'I have better things to do') tone...

I hung up.

I get that the job is hard. That the service is not always the best to keep peppy. But honestly, if you answer with phone with THAT much disdain for whomever is calling? Get a different job.

And I don't want your company in my house.

Ame's crew came to clean/make ready after our tenant moved out. Fantastic service, great job and great price.

We have used Ame's cleaning for years and they always do a great job. we love the company and the ladies that come to clean our home.

This is absolutely the worst cleaning service I’ve ever received. The management is horrible and rude. I am not picky at all but they left footprints all over my carpets and it ended up being dirtier than when they arrive. If there was an ability to leave a negative star rating rather than a 1-star I would choose -10 stars.

Avoid. I booked a cleaning and, while I was surprised by how rude the owner was and also by her demand that I purchase (and wash) bar towels for her cleaners to use, I needed my home cleaned and decided to go with it. I liked that it was a local company, too. Well, BIG mistake. They never showed. NEVER SHOWED. And when I called she said she did not have my name on the schedule. Note: she definitely had my credit card and address.

The most annoying part? They insisted that I purchase the bar towels, so I'm literally out $40 but have nothing to show for it. I can't remember a time when a service provider's incompetence cost me money and I didn't even receive the service!

With so many other options, don't waste your time with this unprofessional operation.

I cannot recommend this service. They tried to up their price on me partway through the work. I invited them to come see my house and give us a quote, but their representative, Rose, told me that they were very good at knowing how much work it would take just by asking a few questions, and confidently gave me a quote over the phone. This wasn't presented as an hourly rate or an estimate--I was told what the price would be. However, just like the prior reviewer, when the crew had been working for about 2 hours, Rose called and said that they were going to go over their two hour estimate, and said that I would need to pay more. I refused. The crew rushed through the remaining work and left me with a sink full of dirty dishes. I'm not sure why the crew took longer than expected--there's some move-in clutter in the house, but I told them I didn't expect them to pick it up, and they didn't. The home is new, so there wasn't any extra deep cleaning required. I was left feeling a little like this company had tried to take advantage of me.

I've been using Ame's for a number of years, and they always do excellent work. But today was above and beyond. They called to tell me the ladies found a leak under our kitchen sink. Sure enough, it was pouring from the bottom of the garbage disposal when the faucet was turned on. I could tell it hadn't been leaking for very long, so I was able to clean it up and get a plumber out ASAP. I never, ever would have noticed that leak, or at least until considerable damage had occurred. My neighbor had a similar leak and ended up having to have all the cabinets on that wall torn out and replaced, which took months. I am so thankful not to have escalated to that situation, especially with Thanksgiving about a week away and company coming. Thank you Ame and crew for your attention to detail in every way.

Ame's did a great job for us. We called them spur of the moment because another service backed out on us. They were able to squeeze us in right away. The crew was on time and very professional. They even had a nice little gift for us when they were done! We will definitely call Ame's again in a few weeks.

Wanted to charge me $270 for a home that takes <2 hours to clean. I asked for a simple 3 hour rate where they work and complete what they finish… or they leave early if they get done early and keep the 3 hour rate. Nope. They want to charge you by every sq foot in your house.

We have used Ame's for at least 10 year and Ame and her team are #1! They always take care of our home as if it were their own. Very professional and courteous. Love the excellent job they do making us lifetime clients.

I was incredibly pleased with the customer service and final product. I was moving out of my apartment and had GROSSLY underestimated how much work it would involve. I literally met an Ame's employee as we crossed on the stairwell (she was heading upstairs to clean another apartment). Her super friendly attitude and willingness to help were amazing. The office staff shuffled around some appointments and folks were in my apartment cleaning within 2 hours. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. Even thought the "planning error" was totally my fault, they jumped in and got the job done. THANK YOU !!!!! Rose and Fran were simply awesome.
