Their customer service to set things up as a new customer was excellent - very responsive and pleasant to work with. Hope and Amber were the crew that came out for my first cleaning and they were fantastic! We had a lot of dust built up, just one of those things I never seem to be able to get to, and they got it all. And they did a great job with everything else as well (vacuuming, toilets, tubs, mopping, etc.), they were very detailed!

If this is an indication of future cleanings (I set up a monthly cleaning), I'm very glad I chose Merry Maids. I originally set up service with another company, but had problems with their customer service which led me to comparison shop some more and find Merry Maids. Glad it all seems to have worked out.

My initial review on my first cleaning service was abysmal at best, however I wanted to still give Merry Maids a chance and they came out today sending Amber and Hope. It was a completely different experience. They did a fantastic job on a deep clean ensuring everything was taken care of. I was very happy with the work they did and am hopeful I can request this crew going forward. I am hoping they will continue to stand by their guarantee.

Merry Maids is the best! Maids arrived on time, introduced themselves and got right to work. They did a thorough/excellent cleaning of my son’s home. I am and he will be very pleased!

They communicated arrival well, and when an earlier time didn't work out, dispatch was also wonderfully prompt in adjusting back to the original time for the appt. Both cleaners arrived right on time and did a phenomenal job in prepping my condo for the next tenants that would come in, would hire again!

The teams are doing better. I just wish there was more consistency in the teams assigned to my house. Back in the 80’s when I had Merry Maids in Colorado, I two teams that I could count on being there. Also, language barriers are a problem for me. Sometimes my daughter has a break between clients and can speak with them, but not always. I know this is my fault also!

Merry Maids did a great job cleaning up after a move out. The only thing I would suggest is for them to bring a broom. The patios were dusty as well as the garage and front porch and could have used a good sweep but they were very professional and the process was very smooth

The team that cleaned my house did a fantastic job! They worked efficiently and got the targeted area clean in record time, so they even took care of extra areas with the time they had left. Highly recommend!
