I have had Ms. Karen, Dolores, and Marisol come and clean our apartment a few times and it has been a life changer! They always do so much in so little time. Highly recommend trying a bi-weekly service with them.

I desperately needed help with my house cleaning and I was so happy to end up hiring Ceci's maids. They even stayed longer on the 1st time cleaning to make sure everything looked and smelled amazing. They have been comming by-weekly for 1 year now and I couldn't be more satisfy with their service and dependability.

Ceci's Maids At Your Service has been phenomenal with handling my rental properties. They are always on time and do an amazing job cleaning! She auto-schedules cleans as the reservations come in, which takes less effort on my side. I have done this for years with other properties across Texas, and have never had the luck until now...I am blessed to have found such a great cleaning company as Ceci's. The owner Silvia is wonderful and is always there to help and tweak the process. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services!

I've used Ceci's the last few years to take care of my STR and I couldn't recommend them enough. Their calendar links to mine and the process is automatic - someone books the space, their system sends me a "hey, confirming we'll be there" email, they text me "omw" the day of and do a great job when they're here. GREAT for listings doing a lot of volume. It's always been seemless with Ceci's and more than that, I trust them. I've always been able to reach them any time I need them and they've flagged me right away the few times that things have seemed off with guests. I truly couldn't run my business without them.

I understand people makes mistakes but your office employees need to be supervised better until everyone is comfortable with what they are doing..We take great pains to make it easier for the cleaners when they come but it messes up our schedules if the time is messed up.

I truly have loved this company for so many reasons . They have had amazing women come who are kind and hardworking and some who are consistent and work very hard . They’re on time, respectful and efficient. They have supported us this entire time and I will always be grateful for them.

Ceci's was recommended to me by my realtor who had not used their services personally but said had a good review on an app used by realtors.

We paid over $400 for a move-in cleaning (3,000 sq ft home). Our home had already been cleaned by professional cleaners when the previous owners moved out but they had a dog and my family is sensitive to pet dander and I just wanted another good cleaning before we moved in. I requested that they focus on the windows, cabinets, drawers and floors (hardwood). When I asked for a deeper cleaning of the carpeted, I was told it would be an additional $70 for steam cleaning. All fine.

However, after the cleaning, my husband went to inspect and found the floors to be dusty and dirty (bare feet turned black after walking around a bit!). When I reached out, I was told that it was probably cleaning residue?? They offered to come back to clean or a $50 discount (still putting the bill at $440). At this point, I figured I'd do the final cleaning.

Fast forward two weeks, we finally moved in and to my disappointment, the cupboards, and drawers have crumbs in the corners and just don't feel clean. Not to mention, when I vacuumed the stairs, there was still dog hair.

I hate doing this to a small business, but as my husband put it, it just feels like we "wasted money" because we are doing quite a lot of mopping and cleaning when really we expected to move into a cleaned home.

I’ve never had a better weekly cleaning service than Ceci’s maids! They’re always on time and have great communication. But most of all, our home is ALWAYS given a 5 star cleaning. The price is amazing (much cheaper than other quotes given) and everyone is professional and on point 10/10

I own an STR that has limited furnishings- only the necessities- no clutter. It’s a single story home, which I inspect before and after renters/cleaning crew bec. I live nearby and have the time. What should have been a standard cleaning, cost me almost $400, double what this company charged me only just one month prior. I called to speak with the owner Sylvia asking what took so long to clean (charged hourly). It takes me 4 hours solo to clean and do laundry. This price could only be explained/justified if they had repeated the clean linens that I provided or if only 1 cleaner were present. It wasn’t the microwave. It wasn’t the blinds. It wasn’t the floors. It wasn’t the refrigerator. She sited pet hair on the curtains (behind the dresser drawer) that a lint roller had to be used with to clean. I explained that simply washing or even me throwing away would have cost me $200 less. Poor communication. Excessive charging! Will not be using again.

The cleaning team arrived early and immediately got to work. They truly went the extra mile and paid close attention to every detail, nothing was overlooked. Ceci's Maids is the best! They're prompt and very thorough. They also put back any furniture or objects they move to their original location, which we greatly appreciate.
