They quoted a cost lower than competitors and showed up at specified time, which was in around an hour from first contact. Removed items quickly and left without issue.

Do not use this company for cleaning carpet. They come with a lowe's or walmart rental. Did a terrible job and no refund.

Close to $400 for a service and they can’t even show up on time. Can’t show up at 10 which is when I asked them to show up. Can’t show up by 11 which is the end of their 1hour window. Can’t show up by 11:30 which is when they said they’d show up. I canceled the service request at 12. Unreliable, use someone else.

Paid for a "deep cleaning" service based on the 50 point list on their website. Received a "Standard clean" following these definitions. After reporting in this issue (and my original review here). Team promptly called me back, and discussed what it would take to make it right.

Wasn't a perfect clean/perfect job for what I asked for, but the team did the right thing to fix the issue afterwards, and seems interested in their reputation/brand as a solid cleaning company to use. Even if they didn't get it right on first try for me, they stand by their reputation enough that they would be worth recommending.

Hired for carpet cleaning. The two employees that came were kind, they did an honest and thorough job with the tools they were given. A portable machine (rug doctor) was used to clean the carpets.

Communication was great. Cleaning was great. Dry satisfied.

They got me in right away and I was able to book everything easily online (no waiting around for quotes or call backs). I just went on the website, paid and scheduled for the next day. They did a phenomenal job and the women were really nice!

Had to have my home recleaned because there were so many areas missed during the first clean. I was asked to explain to the cleaner all the areas that had been missed and almost expected to stay at the property to watch her clean. I was at the property for 1 hr and 30 min when I had to leave to check on my son. The cleaner was not even close to done when I left. All baseboards in the home were still dirty and a majority of the home still needed to be mopped. I was sent a text 30 min later letting me know it was done. I tried explaining there was no way the home was clean as I had just left and there was only one cleaner. I was not planning on coming back and wasting even more of my day by coming back again later for a second walkthrough so I informed them I would come back later and take pictures if the home was not clean. I came back later and nothing was cleaned almost as if the cleaner left when I did. I filed a complaint with the business and I have emailed five times and texted their business number nine times and am only told I will get a response via email. It has been over two weeks now with no resolution. I do not recommend this cleaning company. Not only do they not perform the services listed on their website at all, customer service will ignore you if you have any concerns about service quality.

This is my second cleaning from Texas Cleaning Services and both times have been terrific. I am on the every 2 weeks plan. My first clean was a deep clean because it had been 3 weeks since my last cleaning.
Miriam is efficient, she hits everything on the checklist, and is so sweet and unobtrusive as I work from home. I love getting an ETA text the morning of my cleaning.
Our home is super clean and all the items are put back in the same place after being wiped down and underneath. I know that seems small but it would drive me nuts when picture frames or Knick-knacks were set back down sideways in the past by other companies. What? Why? That made no sense to me with other cleaning companies.
Last time she was here I had a deep clean adding oven and refrigerator cleaning. When she cleaned my refrigerator, she must have taken a before picture because everything was put back exactly the place I had it and that fridge was sparkling.
The big things and the little things make such a difference! I hope the quality stays consistent because I am thrilled!!!!

Having gone through several home moves, the task of cleaning can be truly daunting. Texas Cleaning Services' move-in and move-out cleaning option is a lifesaver. My new home felt fresh, inviting, and, above all, clean. The ease with which I could schedule a session through their online system was a delightful bonus. Moreover, their insured and licensed status means I don't have to worry about potential mishaps. They have earned a loyal customer in me.

Scheduled for 9am today, called at 830 and rescheduled for 1pm. Then at 12, texted and asked for 130pm. We waited until 2pm and then called. The guy that answered clearly knew they weren't going to make the time and tried to argue. Not reliable and I wouldn't waste your time.

When someone did finally show up to clean my house she actually did a good job but the scheduling was complete nightmare and I was also promised a partial refund for the hassle but when I checked my credit card statement this morning I was absolutely charged full price. No one bothered ever following up with me to make sure that I was a satisfied customer after the debacle. It started with a crew that shows up and decides my house looks too big for them so they just drive off. Did not inform me that they had showed up, no one called. Then hours later after my appointment time I finally receive a call and then notified that a new team will be coming out. After that a single person shows up to do the job. I wish I knew the name of the person that came because they did a fantastic job, but it took a long time. This is why I agreed to what I thought to be an overly high price, because it involved a team that wouldn't take as long. So as a result I cannot recommend using this business.
