Cleaner called at last minute and said she couldn't find a parking spot and didn't want to waste gas looking for one then canceled. She was extremely rude. I don't remember having a worse experience with any other company ever.

I would not recommend using SWEPT. They didn't even clean the fans in my old house. Didn't even clean the refrigerator and freezer. I also booked them three weeks in advance, and just three days before the clean, they texted me saying we do not have the staff anymore to cover your scheduled cleaning. It was a huge mess and I will never use SWEPT again.

Had an appointment for 8 -10am, received a call at 845 that the person was sick. (When booking it is made to seem as if a team was coming) They offered to move me to 1030am, no problem. No show no call. They receptionist is nice but it seems she maybe a receptionist for multiple companies because she answered under a different business name which is kind of confusing. Decided to not rebook, kind of feel uncomfortable being my initial experience. I understand the covid business climate so understandable.

Katelyn MA is fantastic! She cleaned our home after we had Airbnb guests who made a big mess and broke things. She was thorough and helped us determine what was broken and needed additional attention. Thank you so much for your help!

Swept is fantastic. Everything from the ease of use with booking time, to the promptness of their cleaners, to the quality of work is top notch. I am sad that I didn't discover Swept sooner, but will never go back to the traditional corporate cleaners again.

Sky was able to come do 3 hours of cleaning for us on two days notice when the cleaner we originally booked called out sick. It was a big life saver having her even for the limited window and our house is now ready for us to put up Christmas decorations. Thanks, Sky!
