The quality of the cleaning is one of the best I’ve ever seen. I definitely think it was worth the money. I had a late in the day time slot so the cleaner was a little late to the appointment, but they were flexible and gave me options so I didn’t have to wait around for a long time.

Arrived an hour and a half late, which would have been understandable if she still stayed to clean for the two hours I've paid for - but she left after 45 minutes.

I made the mistake of running an errand while she was here, so I didn't get to see what she did and didn't do. I came back just as she was leaving.

It looks like she did not clean the floors (photo is what I swept up after she left). I also noted when I scheduled this that I wanted an emphasis on the bathroom, particularly because a rusty bolt in my toilet is leaving stains I can't seem to wipe off with my basic cleaning supplies, yet the toilet was left completely untouched in the cleaning process.

Basically I paid 170 dollars for 45 minutes of cleaning that I could have done myself. Save your money!

Mariana did a fabulous job for our move out cleaning. The apartment was cleaner than when we moved in!

We booked two cleanings from this company - one to clean our empty home before we moved in and one to clean our empty apartment after we moved out. Both experiences were not great, despite multiple phone calls and an email with the main office.

First of all, appointment times were changed without checking in with us first, and then they were hours late both times anyway. Whenever we would call the office, they were rude and had zero interest in customer service.

Upon inspection of both homes, it was a subpar job even with the add on services we paid extra for. Countertops were never cleaned, oven was poorly cleaned and streaks/grim were still left, cabinets were either not done or barely even wiped down, etc. We had to go back in ourselves to do a more thorough cleaning of both spaces which is frustrating given we booked a cleaning service to save us time.

To put it plainly, I would not recommend this cleaning service.

Hired them to do a move out clean and tile cleaning. Neither service was completed but they still charged me for both services. I have asked for a refund multiple times. Their agreement says to contact the within 24 hours of service if there are issues. I did that and even sent pictures. I've attached some of those pictures. I asked them about the services and they claimed they were done but since I was dissatisfied they would do a partial refund on the maid clean. No refund on the tile cleaning that was not even done. I had to hire someone else to do both jobs. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

They did another house for in San Marcos that mostly cleaned but again they missed multiple items.

They had two underage kids cleaning with their mother. I pretty sure one was 14 and the other much younger…. Charged me $500 for leaving trash bags at the front door, crumbs on the floor, and I had to mop, vacuum, and repaint the floor white because they barely cleaned them. The event we had was 100 person disco party and before I left I made sure to tidy up as much as possible. I arrived on site to welcome in the mother with her two kids and was going to give them a chance before judging their age. When I came back and trusted that they cleaned I was shocked to find what I found. I sent photos of the evidence and tried working out a deal with the manager. The manager took forever to reply and they wouldn’t take the photos that I sent as enough evidence that there wasn’t enough cleaning. But I had to go back in and vacuum, repaint, and re-mop the entire place because of the poor quality that their employees gave. On top of that the fact that they had two under age kids working with them which is illegal. I asked for three professional cleaning people and got a mother with her two kids. I understand people need to make a living but when I’m spending $500 on a cleaning service I expect $500 worth of cleaning. Worst cleaning service ever for the price, quality, employment, and management.
