I like the couple who cleans my house but don't enjoy feeling like I'm a hostage every other Saturday. The company says appt is at 1pm with an hour window which ends up a 2 to 3 hour window.

We recently had a baby, and cleaning became quite a chore. Thankfully, Silvia and Elena came to the rescue with their standard cleaning service. From the bathroom to the kitchen, they handled everything with care. Booking was a breeze and they’re fully licensed!

I will say avoid using Texas Cleaning Services. We placed a work order for a "deep clean" and they sent one maid, she came up from San Antonio and was an hour late. She did well, but for only being one person, it definitely was not a deep clean. I'd say she did about $150 worth of cleaning - not the almost $400 we paid after a tip. What I mean by that - she missed the blinds, baseboards, didn't dust the window sills, and a bunch of other stuff. I only included the tip because I honestly felt sorry for her being on her own. They knew our house was 2500 sq ft, and for a deep clean one person is clearly not enough. They list locations in SM and Austin, but will pull people from much further out.
