Highly recommend! Alicia Moreno did a great job on cleaning our house, we are really happy with her service, also love her attention to details she is always paying attention to, like getting the conners cleaned, even behind the night stand! In the end, she made my toilet paper and kitchen towels so pretty!

Merry Maids continue to clean the house exceptionally well!

This time was great. Previous times we’ve had the mirrors not cleaned or dirt still in the corners. Very happy with the girls this last visit though.

Twice I have called the office to move a scheduled cleaning well in advance, and nothing was changed. They came on a day I said not to come, and even called to tell me they couldn't get in. Today they were supposed to come, switched from next week, and no one showed. I called the office at 9:30am and left a message. Called again at 10am and the person who answered the phone said I was still on the schedule for next week.

Sarah and her team took care of me at the last minute during the sale of my house. They did sure a great job I had an offer in 4 hours!

Have been using twice/mo for 6 months and always extremely satisfied with the work done and the ladies who themselves! Would highly recommend

They came to clean my mother’s house and just really didn’t do a good job. They didn’t do the one thing that my mother specifically asked for on a written note that I know was read because I handed it to them. Maybe we have different ideas of what clean is but I don’t think that the dog hair left in the corner is anyone’s idea of clean. I have an eye for attention to detail and that was not meet. Also, they left a towel behind. I’m sure because my mom is the sweetest person on the planet that she won’t say anything so instead I will. I will also fix what they failed to clean.

We had a great experience! The owner Sarah met us for a last minute consultation to see my clients home in Westlake. She took great care of us! Her girls was polite and professional and they did a great job!

I've known Sarah & Marilyn for years and they run a tight ship! All of their maids are professional & efficient, and they do a phenomenal job on your house. Not to mention they are insured & bonded, so you can feel very comfortable leaving the housekeepers home alone.

Mediocre cleaning. Got a pair of my shoes stolen and called them multiple times getting no answers. If you want your stuff stolen go for it. and now you are saying you didn’t have me as a customer when my dad Brian was the one who had someone come in.

This was my first experience with Merry Maids and I sadly don’t recommend them. The person who scheduled me on the phone told me that a Move out clean was charged $150/hr and that 2 maids would come in. But the day of, only 1 maid came, and she had completely different information on her side of what we were doing. She was nice the spots she did clean were great, but I feel like we were ripped off considering she had to take longer since there weren’t two maids, and therefore I paid more. In the end I was charged $300 for a deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms and the kitchen…couldn’t even finish the rest of what I requested because of time.
