We had Marty do a deep clean at our home this past week and it was the absolute best feeling in the world. We are definitely going to continue with regular cleans with Marty. We both work from home and Marty was able to work around us exceptionally well!

Swept is the best cleaning service I have ever used! I recently moved apartments and needed to do a deep cleaning of my place but simply didn't have the time to do it myself! I have a dog who left behind a lot of dog hair to say the least and the extra pet hair option was just what my apt needed... I also love how user friendly their website is. It was so simple to schedule a cleaning and make a secure payment!

Gina always does a great job for me so I use her exclusively and have done so for many months. When I come home my place is always clean and smells wonderful. I will continue to use Gina for all my cleaning needs. Kevin

I scheduled a move out cleaning and it was incredibly important to be completed when scheduled. Not only did the cleaners not show up, but my credit card wad also charged $300 for the sevice which was not completed. This is not a legitimate business and you should NOT attempt to book their service.

We used swept for a deep cleaning and our house was spotless. The site is incredibly easy to use and there are reminders about your cleaning. The crew was very nice and responsive to specific requests my wife and I had. Swept will now be our monthly cleaning service.

I have used many cleaning services in my lifetime and this has been the worst experience I have seer had. I spent several hundred dollars and confirmed ahead of time what services were included in my move-out clean. Many items were not done such as baseboards, outside of cabinets were still dirty, freezer was dirty, counter tops had a grimy feel to them, floors were dirty AND sticky now. I contacted the company to try and remedy the situation and they sent a crew out for a “touch up”. The house is still dirty!

My landlord sent me pictures of the house that she took after the touch up was complete and I’ve included them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I just had Diane from Swept clean my house. She did a great job. She was very professional and thorough. I like the reminder emails and texts I received prior to the cleaning because I have an infant and am quite forgetful these days. It was easy to book and pay online. They even sent me cookies when I signed up to be a regular customer!

Swept is awesome! Diane came to clean my home last week and she did an amazing job! Everything was sparkling clean and smelled good too even though she had used chemicals. I chatted with the owner, Tyler, and he was very kind as well as helpful toward any concerns I had. I will 100% use Swept again in the near future. I can't wait for the next clean!

Swept Cleaning Service did a move out cleaning for us. Katelyn, Olivia, and Ariel left the house sparkling clean. The tile floor had a beautiful brand new looking shine to it along with the countertops, appliances, and cabinets. They arrived on time and performed the service in a professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

We had our first deep clean with Swept Cleaning. Booking was a breeze through their website. Easy to book & I got an instant quote via their website my team A- Olivia MA ATX was excellent. Our place was very thoroughly cleaned and she was a very pleasant person. I will be booking regular weekly cleaning with Swept Cleaning.

I hired Swept to provide monthly cleanings and agreed to an up-charge (more than double) for the initial clean. The morning of the job, one person showed up and estimated 2.5 hours to clean my 1400 sq ft house including the items listed on a deep clean plus all windows (inside only). Seemed ambitious for one person but I decided to wait and see.

Two hours in, I overhear the cleaner on her phone arguing about pay. She left soon thereafter but the job was half done. When I called the agency, they said she quit on the spot. They had no one available to finish the job and asked if I'd like to reschedule for a date 4 weeks out...first available.

They sent a text after we hung up to ask for photos of the areas left untouched...I shared at least a dozen. I also requested a call from the owner and never received a reply...no communication at all.

As a small business owner, I hate to leave a negative review, but I solely based my decision off the stellar comments received here. I decided to bump them from 1 to 2 stars based on their quick to offer to refund my money...which posted within an hour.

I suspect it's growing pains, but that does not excuse their lack of communication. I also question their decision to send one person out for a deep clean with a brand new client.

Swept is a fantastic service. When I used them I had plenty of times to choose from. Once I booked it I had several reminders and options to reschedule if needed. When they came the team was very professional and they did an outstanding job. I felt comfortable leaving the apartment and letting them work. They even let them selves out and locked up. I trust Swept and will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone!

Swept canceled an Airbnb cleaning at the last second and also charged my CC 150.47 for the non-cleaning. Interesting biz model.

Update Aug 18th. They ended up offering a free cleaning for the missed date, but cleaning was 5/10 or C- at best. I had to point out to cleaner to wipe the windows and fans. He missed a big block of hair clippings on the toilet seat which airbnb guest would cancel if they saw it. The floors arround the desk and under the bed was not wiped. Lots of hair and dust left. It seems like the cleaner only arranged and wipe some surface level stuff and did not clean deeply. Dishes were left in sink and uncleaned.

I had to spend another hour redoing the cleaning with another cleaner to get it up to condition that I would consider clean enough for guests. I think it might be lack of training from the company or a cleaning checklist, but I am geniunely surprised at the quality of cleaning deemed finished. With that said, the cleaner told me he only had started 3 weeks ago so maybe he just needed more training. I would not reuse this companys service again if this is the standard of cleaning that is deemed to be acceptable for airbnb turnovers. Guests will surely not be satisfied and request a refund if I did not inspect and redo the cleaning myself. I hope the company gets better after this feedback since cleaning is super important with guest turnovers.
