I've used Texas Cleaning Services three times now, and I'm very happy - I plan on continuing to use their services. They've been responsive with my concerns (the first visit was not as I had hoped) and have worked with me and my preferences to find a team that works for me. They have flexible schedules, and the price is very reasonable compared to other companies. I really like that they don't push to come more often than I want, or raise prices for coming less regularly. Also, the cleanliness level can be adjusted: I'll use their deep cleaning services a few times during the year, but most of the time I just want standard. I'm very glad I found them!

As a small business owner I don't like to leave 1 star reviews without first trying everything I can to resolve my issues. Unfortunately I have exhausted all options at this point. I hired Texas Cleaning Services to do a move out cleaning for a rental. They charged me extra because it needed a "deep clean". I paid $450 and expected it to be spotless. My property manager then charged me $500 to do a deep clean because the house was dirty. They sent me photos of the stove, the carpet, the windowsills. All looked like they hadn't been touched. I contacted TX cleaning services and submitted the photos in an email back in Aug. I followed up because I hadn't heard anything and was told they didn't receive the photos. I resent the email with the photos attached 3 weeks ago. I still have not received a call. I've been told twice that a manager will call and I've left 2 voicemails. Very disappointing. I feel completely ripped off.

I have had the company come to my house and clean several times without any problems. This week they showed up and the cleaner drove into my garage door. The company refuses to pay for the repairs that are over $1300. It was their employee who did the damage while on the job and they should be responsible. Do not use this company. If there is any problems they will not take responsibility or properly resolve the issue.

My wife and I hired your company for a DEEP cleaning on our couches. Upon arriving to our home we have discovered that the couches and the floors are SOPPING WET. The house smells like vinegar, and we have seen NO positive CHANGE in our couches. Y’all have completely ruined our furniture.

Do NOT hire this establishment, as they have ruined our furniture and our rug.

It looks to me your employee just wet the couch to make it look clean instead of actually shampooing it and using a machine to vacuum it.

Ruined my couches, did not actually clean them and left them soaking wet as well as my floors and rug. I had to clean up a TON of water off the floor and my couches ended up smelling of mildew due to the wetness of the couches, I requested a full refund and even months later STILL do not have it. Not to mention they showed up 4 HOURS late (should have been my first clue but I was giving grace). Do not hire. Expensive and just plain bad.

Extremely disappointing experience — damaged a $800 rug and failed to resolve it.

I hired Texas Cleaning Services to clean a 100% wool rug in early May. After the first cleaning, the rug looked no better. After the second attempt, it was visibly worse—discolored, misshapen, and no longer usable. This was a high-quality West Elm rug in great condition aside from surface dirt from pets.

I immediately reported the issue, provided all documentation (photos, receipt, product details), and followed every request they made—including within their 48-hour window per their Terms of Service. They acknowledged the problem and promised to submit an insurance claim and issue a refund.

It’s now been over three months since I first reported the damage. I’ve followed up multiple times via email. They refunded the cleaning fee—but have failed to compensate me for the rug, and my last email has gone unanswered.

Their lack of accountability and poor follow-through is unacceptable. I’ve been more than patient, but at this point, I would not trust them with any valuable items or expect them to stand behind their work.
