I have used them twice already and each time has been great. They certainly show up on time since they always come out early. They do a great job and you can select from a list of many services online without calling in which I love. Besides the services itself the biggest sell for me is their website and how easy it is to make appointments and see pricing.

I received a call from Jacob (who informed me he is the manager, not the dispatcher for this company) shortly after writing this review.
During the call, Jacob attempted to convey that he was apologetic about his conduct and my experience with his company. He also offered compensation for the hassle and ordeal. As part of the compensation, he asked that I update my review, and I believe that is only fair, since he did attempt to make things right.
But I am still going to leave my entire prior review, so that others can see what they may be getting into with this company, and also because there has been another review where a complaint was made against Jacob and his customer service (perhaps there is a trend of misconduct there?).
Either way, I appreciate Jacob taking the time to reach out and try and make things right, but I also believe that if you provide the best service the first time, you don't have to rectify the mistake.

I wish I could have gotten the A+ service everyone seems to rave about but the customer service side of the business is awful.
The cleaning ladies were great and did a great job and if I could just deal with them going forward or for booking future appointments, I would happily use Texas Cleaning Services again.
But their dispatcher/front desk person, Jacob, is AWFUL.
I initially made the appointment using their website on March 28th for an appointment same day. Jacob called me and told me that he is not sure why the website allowed me to schedule that since it was not available but that I could be rescheduled for another appointment 5 days out.
I accepted the appointment, hoping to still give them a chance, although I thought it was strange that their online scheduler would show a LONG list of times for same day appointments that were not available.
Day of the rescheduled appointment, I get a reminder email about the appointment, okay great. I guess they didn't get the email, because they didn't show up until I called them.
They didn't show up after I called, was sent straight to their automated voice-mail, and told to send them a text regarding my concern. I sent a text message to the number I had called, that the cleaners were over an hour late, and I would honestly prefer to cancel at this point.
Magically, I got a call from Jacob almost immediately, who told me that the cleaners were running behind and would be there in about ten minutes. I asked him if I could have some sort of discount for the inconvenience? Jacob stated he would give me ten dollars off and hung up. He did not apologize for them running behind, that no one called to inform me, he didn't seem like he cared at all, and was quite frankly, very rude.
I want to point out here, I would not have minded if the ladies were running behind, but I would have liked a courtesy call of some sort to be notified as to what's going on. And because my previous appointment was lost in their system essentially, how was I to know this one wasn't lost too or mis-scheduled?
The ladies showed up and did a great job, no complaints there.
After the appointment, I noticed I had been charged MORE than agreed upon for the appointment. I also noticed that they failed to send me an emailed invoice when they charged my card.
I called Texas Cleaning Services today and was told I had to email them to request an invoice of my appointment, which I find ridiculous. Any other business would automatically send you an email when they charge your card and this business requires you to hunt them down to ask them to send it to you, its crazy.
When I finally received the invoice, I realized why they didn't send it to me, I was not given the agreed upon discount that Jacob had promised and was also charged miscellaneous "taxes and fees".
After all the hassle, I will never use this service again and will not recommend them to my friends, family, or neighbors.

adore Texas Cleaning Services. First of all, I enjoy working with locally owned and operated businesses. Secondly, they arrive punctually and on the designated day. Third, if I require it, they will switch days.

Do not go with this company! I scheduled a move out cleaning in March 2022 & the day of the cleaning they sent one lady to clean. Probably 2 hours into the cleaning someone calls me to tell me that the cleaning lady had to leave to pick up her child (understandable) but I needed the cleaning done due to that day being my last day in the house so I tell them to cancel it. I ask for a refund and the manager (Adam) only offers to give me a partial refund even tho the only thing the person did was clean the two small rooms and it still wasn’t clean thoroughly since she was rushing. I have been trying to contact them because I am still waiting for that partial refund since March! The only way to contact the manager is through email and he hasn’t responded to me since June! I called today to get a status and my number is going to voicemail (probably blocked me) so I had to call private. They keep saying they will get it fixed but it’s been 6 months and still nothing! Very poor customer service!

I love Texas Cleaning Services. First, because I love to work with local businesses that are owner run. Second, because they show up on time and on the day scheduled. Third, they will change days if I need it. And fourth, they do a great job every time, taking special requests. I love the feeling of coming home to a clean house and knowing that one more thing is checked off of my list!!

This company did an awful job. We paid almost 600 dollars for a moving clean and the cleaners did close to nothing. They didn’t sweep behind doors, vacuum baseboards, clean the kitchen or bathroom well and left spider webs on the walls. When we sent pictures of the job to the manager, he sent 1 person back. This person was supposed to stay and we were to be notified to come and do a walkthrough. We were not notified and the cleaner left. They again missed the ceiling fans and did not clean the cabinets which we paid extra for.

After sending several photos to the manager he said he credited our card 300 dollars which is still not enough for the amount of cleaning the cleaners actually did. I also have not received any of that money.

Do not waste you money on this service!!! It delayed our whole move and and was the biggest headache. If if was an option, I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

My deep cleaning was canceled about an hour prior to the scheduled time. The company offered to reschedule to another day, but I did not have availability that met their schedule. I was "sent" a full refund. The refund was "sent" July 8. It's has been 12 days and I've reached out twice to get my money back. I finally received a response today, 12 days later, telling me to contact my bank. My bank states no refund was every received. I had to file a dispute. I would not recommended this company.

Our small office space tends to get cluttered quickly. Veronica and Carla came in for a standard cleaning service and turned our office into a productivity sanctuary. They even managed to get some stubborn stains out of the carpet. Excellent work!

They arrived early, were super professional and left our house spotless for the deep clean we booked. Well worth the money and the time! We'll definitely be using their services again. Thanks to Jacob and the team.

I was overwhelmed not knowing where to start then Texas cleaning services took that burden off of me and my family.
I highly recommend Texas cleaning services to anyone who's just getting a residential cleanup or commercial these people come in ready for the job and they knock it out in a timely fashion.

Being a on the go sports family of 4 kids falling behind on cleaning for at least a month and a half can be very overwhelming and we needed some help getting caught up and we finally decided to call someone for help. We called Texas Cleaning Service. We have never used a cleaning service before and didn't know what to expect but let me tell you I'm so glad we did. The process was so easy, they sent over 2 people named Ilda and Julian and in a couple of hours our disaster of a home was turned around back to a beautiful family house. These 2 took on a monster task and knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend definitely affordable, fast and the best customer service.

Very professional outfit. The reservation system worked very well; initial time did not work for us, but we were able to adjust the appointment to fit our schedule. The cleaning crew was on time, worked efficiently and did a very thorough job. We were very pleased and will likely use this business again.

Texas Cleaning was so great to work with me when I really needed someone. They were beyond THE BEST PRICE!! And so good. On time, worked the whole time and very very helpful!!

I used the services for move-out cleaning after we sold our home. I received a couple of confirmations after booking that they were to arrive that morning, but was later told the cleaners would be coming around 12. This worked out because our moving help cancelled on us. Rather than reschedule, the ladies were kind enough to work on rooms that were empty as we got items moved out of the house.

The cleaning was basic, meaning certain areas like blinds and light switches weren't wiped of kids' fingerprints. Otherwise, everything else looked great. The house was shiny and it smelled really good. Other companies told me it would take 4 to 8 hours to clean, but these two ladies took less than 3 hours.

I needed my house cleaned for family coming in for the holidays and let's just say it was pretty bad. Texas Cleaning Services arrived right on time and finished up exactly in the time allotted. They did a great job, even my mom was happy with how clean the house was. And that's high praise indeed. Will definitely use again if I need the house cleaned.

My housecleaning had been really neglected for a while and I hoped I could hire help on short notice. My husband was being sent home from the hospital with Hospice the next day because nothing more could be done to save him.

I called Texas Cleaning after reading their good reviews and they were able to send 2 wonderful people the next morning. The couple that came were extremely kind and unbelievably effective in cleaning things I wouldn't have even expected in the 4 hours they were here.

Later that afternoon my husband was brought home and I was so happy that he could be in such improved surroundings. He was so happy to be home, and he was so much more comfortable. Later the next night he passed away.

I appreciate Texas Cleaning helping me on such very short notice and being so accomplished at what they do. I was able to focus on my husband and be happy that his last hours were spent in the home he loved.

We had a great experience with Texas Cleaning Services. My house smells and feels great. I will definitely hire them again in the future. The two ladies that came were super sweet, on time and detail oriented. Tip: Make sure you leave out a step stool so they will clean your fans. I recommend this company.

My experience was great. Dixiana did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment, they are super responsive and efficient. Signed up for recurring services, totally worth it.

They did a pretty good job cleaning my carpets. But they charge $500 on my credit card when I paid the technician in cash in person. I have called the company multiple time and asked to speak with the manager and it’s been days and I still haven’t heard from a manager. They only refunded me $210 back and charged me for 4 bedrooms and a rug, when I only got one bedroom cleaned and a loft. The communication with this company is not there and I have to call them multiple times to get this issue fixed which is still not fixed. They scam people and over charge people’s credit card.

I think the folks they sent to steam clean my outdoor cushions worked very hard to eliminate any stains. When wet, things looked questionable but after drying, the white cushions look great. Would recommend this service provider and intend to use them again!
