Our team, Denise and Alejandrina, do excellent work! Everything is always refreshed and floors and surfaces very clean. They also add little touches, like arranging the kids stuffed animals, which they love.

We got a deep clean plus oven cleaning of our house and I was very impressed with the results. I checked a few spots like the top of shelves or behind the toilet and I found they were nice and clean. Even my dining room chairs were vacuumed. My main concern was cleaning the shower and over and both were in great condition. I also liked the notifications about the arrival and departure of the team. I plan on asking them to come back monthly.

I’ve been using Maids and Moore for about a year and a half now to keep my home clean on the regular. I’ve consistently been impressed with their service.

Their most recent team, Glenda and Keylin, did an excellent job. But no matter which team comes, the work is always thorough and reliable.

As a company, they are responsive, flexible, and professional in how they engage with customers. It’s clear they care about both the quality of their work and the relationships they build.

Overall: Maids n Moore truly stands heads and shoulders above the competition here in the Austin market! They are timely, professional, quick, well-priced, and willing to work with custom demands. Truly, a dream come true!

Timeliness: They always arrive on time. You can select from three different arrival windows, and even request for a more specific window. They can't promise an exact time, but they will put it in their notes and do their best to meet your preference.

Professionalism: They covered every single item we listed in the notes that requires special attention (things we pre-empt from past experience) on the very first clean!! That's ZERO errors for a first, which we have NEVER experienced with any other clean before. **Bonus points: We have never had our shower glass cleaned so well before! Not a single water spot remains, for days!! We have really hard water in our area, so this is truly impressive, especially because they use only eco friendly and the least toxic cleaning agents (we notice from the smells left behind after each clean).

Speed: They do it ALL in under 2 hours!! For our home, that has only happened a few times before with the previous company, but usually the cleaning wasn't done well and things were skipped. With Maids n Moore, there is no stone left unturned. As long as you tell them, and as long as your requests are reasonable, they will do it like they mean it.

Pricing: They are pros at pricing! They know their market inside out, and know exactly how to price the job. Also, the mode of payment is up to date and automatic. No fuss with cash and checks.

Customization: They are intelligent and agile! They understand that not all homes are the same. They understand that not every customer needs everything on the menu. And they are willing to work with our specific situation and help match the cleaning cost to our needs. They are willing to take notes from our previous cleaning experiences. They are willing to request the same team to come in every time, even though no promises there.

Context: We have been using maid services for the past 8 years in Austin, and just recently switched to Maids n Moore. That means, we have seen A LOT of maids come and go. With our previous cleaning compan(ies), they were unable to always send us the same cleaners, so we were sent different persons every two weeks. In all, we've seen the work of over 30 persons and/or teams.

2024 Update: it’s been a year and Maids and Moore is still rocking it!! Calling out Team Fatima & Veronica for doing an excellent job on their deep cleaning today!!

2025 Update: It’s been 2 years and we’re still loving Maids n Moore! Team Isabella & Evelia are a dream come true. Isabella is a total rockstar for noticing the dust on the hanging glass lamps above our bar top!!! Thank you!!!

OMG! Maids and Moore is the absolute best! I couldn't finish what I needed to before they came ( I had something fall on me during the move and ended up with a concussion) but Maids and Moore stepped up and did such an awesome job! I highly recommend them! I am forever grateful for the help they gave me!!

needed a same day clean super last minute so i called at 10:30 am, got a clean scheduled, and by 1:00 pm the cleaners were on the way. incredible attention to detail, left the whole place sparkling and smelling amazing, and overall great customer service. did the $160 cleaning for a 550sqft place and it came out to $175, worth every penny

Queira and Angelina did a fabulous job today. My floors, a bit overwhelming from my son’s dogs visiting, now sparkle! Thank you! These lovely ladies were extremely professional.

I dragged my feet for a long time because I just wasn’t sure who to go with. Maids and Moore was recommended to me for how great of a job they did and how thorough yet efficient they are. Maribel and Lizbeth with Maids and Moore always do a wonderful job. They’ve been taking care of me for years. Trust them so much I don’t even have to be home. Nothing beats coming home from work to a sparkling house.

I was new to the Austin area when I reached out to Maids and Moore to clean my house. Isabel and Ignacio have never failed to disappoint. They clean conscientiously and are as meticulous as I would be. All surfaces are dusted and panes of glass ( with nose prints) are cleaned. They arrive on time and leave behind a soaking house. They should get extra points for the excellent clean up of dog hair! Isabel and Ignacio take pride in their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Maids and Moore did an excellent job with my apartment that I was moving out of. It was a mess as I am disabled and my husband is disabled. I had a hard time keeping the place clean and also take care of him and his 250 pound mastiff and three cats. Lots of slobber from his dog. So it was a mess.
The two workers were very professional and very kind. They worked very hard to get the place cleaned up. I paid each worker a $70 tip, wish i could have afforded to give them more, but with me being the only one bringing in an income (disablity pay) I was not able to do so. Plus Maids and Moore's cleaning prices are very fair and reasonable. I will definitely use they again. So give them a call when you want the best cleaning job possible.

The team at maids and more came to do a deep clean of our 3000 square foot house. They were very thorough and prompts. The team went above and beyond. We were incredibly impressed with the service. Although the price is higher than expected it was worth the cost
