Second review after a couple months. The teams are so very good! I’ve had housecleaning before from several services and Maids and Moore is by far the very best cleaning. No-one has ever gotten my tile floors as clean as Maids and Moore (no carpet in the house). Every single inch is absolutely the best! And the whole office management, scheduling etc. is also the very best. Exceptional! Highly recommend. Thank you!

The team of two did a phenomenal job of cleaning a very dirty home, on very short notice. The only reason they did not get five stars was because the ceiling light fixtures were not cleaned. I called to report this a little before five on Monday. Beida contacted me the next day and offered to send a team back to clean the light fixtures. However, by the time she was able to schedule this (for Thursday) our landlord had already come to pick up the keys and I no longer had access to let them in. I would not hesitate to use Maids and Moore Cleaning again nor to recommend them to friends.

Yolanda and Elvira have been cleaning our house for longer than I can remember, even through a move! We love these ladies and they do an incredible job every time! They are friendly and sweet. And I am always impressed with how detailed and perfectly clean they leave our house when they are done.

The team of Queira and Angelina just finished cleaning our home and it looks fantastic! Their attention to detail in cleaning, dusting and mopping is impressive! Every surface is cleaned!! I don’t know how many times I’ve said wow. Absolutely superb quality of work and level of detail on the house cleaning we just received for my brother and sister in law’s house. Team 31 (Diana and Maria) absolutely transformed their house and made it look better than new. Could not recommend them enough, excellent work.

This is my second maid company (previously used Two Maids a few times) and I’ll be making the switch to Maids & Moore for the rest of the year.

Arrived on time (gave us 30 minute arrival heads up) and both cleaners were very diligent. At the end, their supervisor came to review the clean with me - we walked through every room. Best experience with cleaning service in the past 3 years. Roxy with booking was also super prompt, calling me the morning after requesting a clean!

Lizbeth and Brenda (team #1) are wonderful! Every time they come to our house, they leave it looking spotless. They add in extra special touches throughout the house such as folding blankets and towels and leaving little folded designs on the paper towels and toilet paper. They are always paying special attention to the small details and taking care of our belongings, and for that, we are so grateful. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend for timely and efficient deep clean that is also very thorough and detail oriented. Even after the team left, I kept noticing all the details that they had cleaned in my home besides the major things like rooms, etc. Somehow they were able to clean my multi story home in several hours while also doing an exceptional job. I will definitely be using this company again.

Daniel and Andrea team are the best! They have been cleaning our home for the past several months, they are incredible! They are kind, efficient, and magical with their cleans! I appreciate their patience as I do dog foster/rescue and they give grace for me to move the animals to separate parts of the house to accommodate the clean. I couldn't recommend them more! My parents and my sister have started with maids and moore this year as well after seeing my home, and also love!

Outstanding Move-Out Cleaning – Highly Recommend!

I couldn't be happier with the service from Maids and More for my recent move-out cleaning. From the moment I booked, their team was responsive and accommodating to my schedule.

On the day, they arrived right on time, fully equipped, and ready to tackle the job. They went above and beyond, scrubbing every surface, deep-cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, and even handling those hard-to-reach spots like behind appliances and inside closets.

The place looked brand new when they were done – spotless floors, streak-free windows, and no dust in sight! Their attention to detail and friendly, professional attitude made the whole process stress-free during a hectic move. Totally recommend!

I have had several different house cleaning services over the years, and Maids and Moore is by far the best. The two members of my team are great. They work hard and efficiently and do an excellent, thorough job. I have never found anything that they have overlooked. My son says,”They are very fast, reliable, thorough, and courteous. ” A few times I have had to reschedule, and Maids and Moore made it very easy for me to do that. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had a great experience overall with the Maids and Moore cleaning service. Both of the cleaning crews who have worked in my home over the past year have been fantastic. They are reliable, professional, and consistently leave my house feeling fresh, clean, and welcoming. It truly makes a difference coming home after a long workday.

Of note, Lenniz and Yadira are efficient, effective, and consistently do a high-quality job. I can’t remember if it’s one or both cleaning crews, but finding cute blanket animals on the bed or fancy toilet paper origami always makes my home feel like a small resort and puts a smile on my face after a long day. Coming back to a clean house with these fun details is certainly not required but I love how they have fun with it and it shows the level of detail they put into the rest of the cleaning work they do. When I'm working from home, they’re always great at working around me.

Jessica Rose and Marcia Monroy also do an excellent job every time. Their work is effective, detailed, and consistent. I really appreciate their thoughtful cleaning of my home. They’re respectful of my space, and they work seamlessly around me when I’m working from home. As a result of these two cleaning crews, I live a much healthier life and I get to focus my time on the mountain of other things I have to get done every day.

My only complaint is that one of the vacuums sometimes pops my circuit breaker—I know this is happening because I was home once when it occured and I had to reset the circuit breaker so they could continue cleaning. Over time, three of the GFCI outlets in my kitchen have burned out / failed and have had to be replaced as a result. If there’s a way to help one or both crews with an upgrade, I think they and my house would appreciate it. It's happened a couple times now and only with the orange vacuum they use, I think, and never with any other appliances I have, so that leads me to believe there is some issue with it. Anyway, I've only taken off one star because it's hard to be one hundred percent certain without seeing it happen again in person. I will gladly revise this review if this doesn't happen again this next year, but replacing the outlets has been tedious and costly.

It would also be amazing if there were an easy add-on option for folding clothes, as that would save me a lot of time. I know timing could vary between houses, but something similar to the dishes add-on (for example, up to 20 minutes) would be incredibly helpful.

Regardless, overall, I've had a good experience with Maids and Moore. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I have used this company for two years. Some of the teams are great and some of them in my opinion are lazy. This last cleaning sent me to find a new cleaning company. They didn’t bother cleaning certain areas of my home at all. I find them more expensive than other companies and not as thorough. Also, as I am not fluent in Spanish, I find it very difficult To communicate with the team as 99% of them do not speak English..

Team 36 absolutely exceeded our expectations! It’s the little touches—the origami paper towel holder, sparkling door windows, and perfectly clean fan blades—that make our home feel brand new. If you’re on the fence about who to hire, try them once and you’ll be a lifelong fan.

Wonderful experience. Two story at 1800 square feet and they kept a cadence that was efficient and no bother to me at all. Very pleased with the finished result. I easily recommend this company if the rest of the team are as wonderful as the two I had. The follow up visit I had scheduled was just as good. Happy Customer
