I’ve used a few different cleaning companies, and the cleaning authority has worked the best for me. They know what needs to be cleaned and they have a rotation system that helps target new areas each time. Delsy and Aime have been my cleaners for the last few months and always do an amazing job!

We’ve used the Cleaning Authority for over 5 years now and they have been consistently great. Their app is easy to use and their office staff responsive when we have had questions or needed to change or cleaning dates. Their cleaning teams also do a great job, we currently have Maria and Adriana (team 15), we appreciate their hard work cleaning our home very much.

My crew from today did very well. Everything was neat and my items were in the places I left them. Pictures were upright, my beds made correctly, towels and toilet paper were all folded beautifully. I know they seem like odd things to point out, but I have had my over-share of cleaners that just don’t pay attention. When others cleaned I’d have to come home and put my house back together. It’s the tiny details that make the home look put together. Of course all the major components were done as well. But I love the vacuum lines on my couch, it just makes me happy.

I’ve used ya’ll in the past and had a great experience. However, my husband was highly skeptical about using a cleaning service. He didn’t think it would be worth it. Our house has been a construction zone since late 2019, and the house hasn’t been this clean since we purchased it. It’s perfection. My husband is losing his mind about how amazingly clean and comfortable everything is. As he’s walking around, he’s yelling at me, “THE HOUSE LOOKS BRAND NEW. THIS IS WITCHCRAFT.” According to him, “10 stars. A million stars.” I’m so happy to be back with you guys again. Thank you Yesica and Esmeralda (Team #26) for changing my husband’s mind.

We've been using The Cleaning Authority for many months now and are very pleased with the service! Team #13 came today, just two of them, but they were quick, efficient, thorough, and a pleasure to interact with. They did a great job on our 2 story, 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house!

The Cleaning Authority has cleaned our house 3 times now, and we are very satisfied! Team #4 (Alejandra and Julissa) is friendly and does a great job getting everything tidy and clean. I love how they vacuum our sofa and it looks so nice. They get our wood floors squeaky clean!

Delsy and Airie meticulously cleaned my “new-to-me” home that was not maintained by the previous owner. Needless to say, it was a big job. They took it from gross to gorgeous in a matter of hours. I am so pleased with their work that I happily signed a contract for them to come bi-weekly from now on.

We’ve used this service at our old house. The first clean is always so fantastic. The second clean is a rush job with so many overlooked things. Management reached out and remedied the situation but we stopped using them.

Fast forward to a new home. We needed help with the house. Hired Morehands for a one time clean. IT WAS GREAT. We then agreed to hire them again for a biweekly clean again. First clean was great - a couple things missed that we paid for but it was fine. We were happy overall. Second clean, three ladies arrived and sprang into action. They came and went just as fast. I had to leave for work and came home and there was so much wrong. Scratches on pantries, dirt still on the floor, and apparently they sprayed an oven cleaning spray but didn’t clean it. We haven’t used our oven for a week and only just now noticed it and it’s not coming off.

I’m officially done with this service. Nice ladies but after the first clean its quantity and speed over quality.

I love More Hands they help keep our house looking guest-ready. No complaints about service, they do a great job every time. I do wish there was a monthly option. We do the every 3 week service, which is still a great deal but can make scheduling difficult as the dates move around. I'm a fan of the text notifications for arrival time and the ability to adjust appointments via the app. I recommend tidying up before they arrive, I think it results in more effective cleaning!

I had regular cleanings with different teams each time. I thought that'd be no problem, but some teams didn't do the same quality job as others did. It was too inconsistent and when it was bad, I ended up having to finish cleaning things like our shower on my own. I keep a pretty clean home, so it was upsetting that what had been left still wasn't fully cared for.

I was a MoreHands customer for many years. I work from home and I need to be able to predict when the cleaning team will arrive. But MoreHands' scheduling system has always been terrible, and a change to the system has somehow made it even worse. Under the old system, there was a note in my customer file not to arrive before 11:00 a.m., which was frequently disregarded. Under the new system, MoreHands texts you a two hour time window in which they say they will arrive, e.g. between 1:15 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. The two-hour window is not accurate whatsoever -- today the team showed up at 12:05, over an hour before the start of that window. Additionally, our cleanings have become slap-dash affairs, with the team usually taking about an hour to clean a 1700 square foot house with two adults, two kids, and a dog. I have noticed unclean counters, failure to clean under the coffee table, etc. This company's M.O. is to charge your credit card, give you minimal service, and terrible communication. Try someone else.

My husband and I love More Hands. We were hesitant to look for house cleaning services because of the cost, but More Hands is a really great value. We get services every 3 weeks, and everything is totally spotless. Since we had our son, we’ve been so stretched for time as we are both continuing to work, and the More Hands service saves us so much time. The team does such a wonderful job, it even makes the lite cleaning in between services so much easier. I would highly recommend More Hands to anyone.
