Poncho did an amazing job of interfacing with a new client, leading a team of 4 people including 1 trainee while cleaning as well.

The whole team was quiet, focused & conscientious. My husband said he was so tired just watching them work that he had to take two naps after they left.

Their collective presence in the house was so gentle that my kitty Maui came out of hiding and wandered around without being spooked. I put him in his favorite closet hidey hole during the very efficient vacuuming toward the end of the clean. Shortly after they left, he came out showing no stress at all. They even cleaned kitty nose prints from the glass French doors that look out over our beautiful backyard.

Overall, the cleaners did a good job, they were super friendly, and the customer service was responsive, but the cost for the cleaning seemed fairly steep to what we were initially quoted - When they assessed our space the day of cleaning, they called to tell me my cleaning would cost almost $200 more than the estimate because our space was more lived in. This was rather odd since I purchased the McKinney Falls cleaning plus the Move-In/Move-Out add on, so like, the deepest cleaning. The house is less than 1800 sq ft, one floor, all furniture was out, and we lived there for 2 years. I guess that is more lived in?

The representative who told me about the price said we could stick to my original quote; however, I felt that if I did that, would things not be cleaned because of me not compromising on the new price? I didn't want that either. I negotiated with someone over the phone to lessen the amount of cleaning for the floor since I had a service for that the next day, and to lighten the amount of cleaning in the kitchen cabinets. This lowered the price a little bit. Okay great, sound good!

When I got to the house, I was a little underwhelmed. Like I mentioned before, things were cleaned. The stove and fridge cleaning were AMAZING! However, I had to go back to the house to dust the walls, dust the top of the kitchen cabinets, clean the doors and door knobs, some of the windows, window sills, some of the blinds, the baseboards, etc. I was like I paid $600 to do even more cleaning?

Someone on the team reached out to about my experience, so I did let them know. I usually love giving out great, high reviews to promote smaller businesses! This experience made me feel a little unsettled. I think if the individual didn't reach out to me, I would have given out a 2 star review, but I do really appreciate a business trying to listen to their customers/clients.

TLDR: Good team, good response time for quotes and customer service, ok cleaning, provide a realistic range for estimates.

Noelle, Darrell, Jamar, and Jacob did an excellent job. They paid extra attention to some neglected areas of our kitchen, bathroom, and floors and left the place sparkling. Plus that smell is heavenly— no chemicals, just essential oils.

Our crew of Hannah W., Alexis Y., and Maureen D. did a thorough job and the house smelled and looked great when they were finished. Lindsay went above and beyond on an office that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Andres cleaned my oven like new! The whole team had smiles and did a great job.

I have been using Purple Fig for several years now and I couldn't be happier!! I never have to worry about bleaches and harsh chemicals damaging my furnishings - not to mention toxic fumes. Their clean, organic cleaning products are healthy for people, pets, and the environment. The very lovely cleaning people are friendly, thorough, and considerate - I never have to worry about having them in my home. Anything that I might want to address (which is rarely,) is dealt with promptly and courteously. I look forward to using Purple Fig for many years to come!!

Purple Fig Day is my favorite day! The office staff are friendly, communicative, and accommodating when I've needed to reschedule appointments. The house-cleaning magicians are professional and courteous and always leave my home looking (and smelling!) phenomenal. Other services I've used send one or two people, but Purple Fig sends a larger crew so they're in and out of my space quickly. I love that they use natural cleaning products too, but my favorite part is knowing how much they value and care for their employees. I'm officially in a long-term relationship!

I have been using Purple Fig for cleans every other week for almost three years. Their customer service is great and friendly, and the cleaning crews always do AMAZING work. Plus, they are extremely courteous. I don't think I have ever had a complaint about the cleans, and the attention to detail is impressive. I was super impressed with Purple Fig. Moving can be a hassle, but out of all the various vendors and companies I had to deal with, Purple Fig was by far the most responsive, friendly, and professional. I don't think our old house has ever been cleaner!

Gavin and their team did a fantastic job, and when they needed a little more time than was estimated Adrian texted me immediately to get the "OK" to proceed beyond what was quoted. Purple Fig is expensive but worth every penny. The supplies they use are non-toxic and top notch, the team members are always super helpful and friendly, and they do a great, thorough job cleaning our house. They're thoughtful about surfaces (ie our marble counters need special care) and always great about adjusting our schedule when we need to shift slightly. As someone with 3 pets, I feel like our house gets dirty in an instant and it makes me so happy walking around our home after Purple Figs comes over and does their thing. So thankful for Purple Fig!

Purple Fig Eco Cleaning Company did a great job with cleaning our home. They left it spotless and smelling fresh. The deep clean and any add ons they offer are worth it. They were timely and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to get a proper and hassle free cleaning done.

Our first experience with Purple Fig was great! We have only had them here once so far so I can't speak to repeat service, but based on what we've observed in the initial "deep clean" we're super pleased with the attention they gave to details and kindness they shared throughout the process. There were a couple of nit-picky things we noticed, but as my wife reminded me, they had a lot of ground to cover on the first visit, and they also don't know the tiny details of our house as well as we do since we live in it...and I'm pretty sure the house is still the cleanest it's been in years, probably since before we moved in, so no complaints at all! We had Gregory F, Aiden P, Preston H, Heather S, and Erica C in our home and all five of them were wonderful.
