Greg and Michael did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. I’ve never seen the oven so spotless!

I signed up for a deep house cleaning, first time service because we needed some serious help with dusting, cleaning floors, and cleaning all the nooks and crannies of a home like vacuuming under beds and couches that usually get overlooked in our busy schedule with a family of 4. Purple Fig sent Ariel, David, Nina, and Abby to gang up on our home cleaning needs and I was impressed how they all worked as a team to get in and out within two hours. Each team member had redundant equipment/cleaning supplies and they shared with each other, progressed through each of the rooms efficiently. They were proactive about their arrival time and I could tell they were watching the clock to make sure they finished our house on time and were being respectful their next appointment’s start time.

I cry tears of joy whenever I come home after the awesome team from Purple Fig has been here! My house is clean, tidy and smells absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail is phenomenal! Highly recommend Purple Fig!

Purple Fig do a really great job at every stage of the experience lifecycle. They set clear expectations upfront, they follow-up and are great at communicating as well as make communication very easy. They offer flexible solutions to meet the differing needs of their customers. They do an excellent job at the actual cleaning. And then they follow up to ensure satisfaction and solicit feedback, and then they take that feedback seriously, always learning and improving. They do all of the actual big things right, and then a ton of little "big" things that make the difference between good and great. They are great.

September 2025:
Probably one of the best cleans we've had! Floors looked great and my office was spotless! Hannah V. and Gregory F. really took the time to make our home feel fresh again. Also so happy when Purple Fig teammates come and work their magic.

June 2025 Update:
Still loving Purple Fig. One of my favorite things is coming home to it smelling SO GOOD. The whole team is quick to respond and are able to cater to our home's needs. So grateful to Purple Fig. Noelle and Lindsay were our recent cleaners and did a fantastic job!

I had my second deep clean today with Purple Fig. My first one was back in March 2024. We've never had a cleaning service before, and the reviews from online helped me pick Purple Fig.
The first time was amazing (I gave a couple notes of feedback, but I know overall my home was cleaner than it has ever been). The team was super responsive.
I finally got my partner on board to get regular/recurring cleanings so we started with a deep clean to get us to a good baseline. Gavin was so helpful in the intake call. The team: Gregory F, Andres L, Hannah A, Tiffany M, and David O took such good care of our home. We came home to an amazingly clean home. My partner was very impressed! The TV was spotless, the stove top looked great, and our washing machine got some great treatment (I took advantage of the add-ons!). This deep clean was even better than the first one.
I'm so excited to have a bi-weekly cleanings set up now. It feels like such a luxury, but it's also a really big gift to my mental health. I'm grateful for the help, and my stress levels are already so much lower. THANK YOU so much, Purple Fig! Looking forward to our future together.

The teams do such a good job it’s crazy. There is maybe a 30% markup for clean products and the level of service. I found Purple Fig after trying 4 other local services. 2 were the MM and MHM (major chains) and 2 were locally owned. All catastrophic fails. Terrible communication issues, broken plants, chip countertops and lost belongings, etc. No one at the other companies cared. Painful. Purple Fig is completely different — and seems to be the longest running local cleaning firm and it’s owned by a young woman who is a wife and mother. The teams are incredible. Very engaging, warm and they have *all* left my home looking so cute and sparkling clean. Amanda May must really care for her staff because these people seem to actually take pride in their work. Rare today. Very cool kids working here. Kudos to PF and we are not ever going to leave. Book with total confidence and enjoy.

Ariel and Lindsay were fantastic! They were kind and professional and took great care with my home. I was beyond happy with the details and the flow.

Shout out for Purple Fig! I had my fifth monthly cleaning yesterday and it was as awesome as the first one. My 12-year old GE Café range looks as good as the day I got it! The shower in the primary bathroom no longer layers of soap scum that built up over time even though I rinsed the whole shower thoroughly after every use! The cabinet above my stove that has built up grease over the years looks better than ever! The house cleaners are friendly, good-natured and respectful. The management staff is very efficient. I get notification of an upcoming cleaning several days in advance. I’ve never needed to reschedule but, if I had, I would have had plenty of time. The staff answering questions by phone is responsive and informative. Thank you Purple Fig!

Unfortunately I don't recommend. They wouldn't even quote my residential wrote me off stating I wasn't a good fit. I am chalking it up to 1. They can't provide consistent cleans which I stated I needed 2. They don't have trained cleaning crew that actually does understand the difference between sanitizing, disinfecting, scrubbing, dusting, polishing etc. They must just wipe things with eco friendly glass cleaner. 3. They won't work with someone who has OCD or pays attention to details.

Purple Fig is hands down the best cleaning experience I’ve had in Austin! We were gone when the crew left and when we came home the place smelled amazing and felt so fresh. They were quick, thorough, and left a kind note and bottle of their custom cleaning solution! We had Preston, Pancho, Heather, and Noelle and were very impressed with their punctuality and communication. 10/10 would recommend

Updating my review a year later to say we are still obsessed with purple fig, and if you’re considering using them you must. We are ending our time with them since we’re moving out of state and i didn’t think one could be so attached to a service. I don’t know how we’ll replace them - they set the bar so high. Best cleaning company ever, worth every penny!

Huge fan of purple fig!!! We’ve used several cleaning services and they are far and away the best we’ve used. They’re easy to schedule with, and always arrive promptly when expected. They do an incredible job with such attention to detail (and always take feedback into account - although we rarely have had to ask for adjustments). They’re also so sweet and friendly. They’re slightly more expensive than other services we’ve used but 100% worth it and we could never go back.

Both Tim and Gavin were very courteous and quickly learned the space on their first visit. It was an absolute treat to come home to a house that smells like wonderful fresh essential oils and find that hotel like appearance to countertops. An extra bonus was the folded point for toilet paper rolls - showing attention to detail and crisp corners on the bed linens.

Such a stress relief knowing I can call on them when I get behind on cleaning. They are so nice, efficient and wonderful!

The Purple Fig is hands down one of the most amazing companies I have had clean my home. They are respectful, responsive, and thorough. That isn't even touching the eco-friendly part. My only complaint is that I want more of that cleaner and for my home to smell like the day they cleaned every day!

Great crew and great clean. The took extra care in the kitchen and making the beds. The team of Rodrigo, Alexis, Preston, and Daniella are great. They really compliment one another and take special care with my dogs who are escape artist.

The Purple Fig team is professional, expert at their jobs, and go beyond and above! They were extremely patient with me after I was running late to let them into the property and did they great job with our move-out clean. They were very communicative and made the whole process extremely easy for us! Cannot recommend enough and special shout-out to our team: Preston, Skye, Madison, Timothy, and Rom - they were all incredibly kind and very detail oriented!

I have a 1600 sq ft home and am a very meticulous cleaner. While I enjoyed the eco-friendly products the purple fig uses, I cannot say that this service is worth the price. My home was originally quoted $244 to clean per visit, twice a month. They do an audit process after a few months cleaning and raised my price to just under $300 based on how “lived in” my home is.

This is just too expensive for what they actually provide. I have the house completely picked up and never leave dishes in the sink for them. Only once did I have them change the sheets in my guest room. On top of that I found myself having to re-clean my shower and dust several areas they skipped over after many of their visits.

If you’re a detail-oriented person like I am, I would say this doesn’t feel worth it for the price and I think their audit process is just an excuse to charge more after you’ve already become comfortable with their process and staff.

Just had my initial clean with purple fig and couldn’t be happier. Preston, Abby, and Michael were incredible. They were thorough, professional, and efficient. I’m looking forward to continuing services with this company and fully trust them in my home.
