I’ve been using Maid Brigade for almost two years now. I have a monthly cleaning of our home and this service handles the deep cleaning aspects of home care and makes maintenance a breeze. The service is a great value and one that has improved the quality of our life.

I recently booked Maid Brigade for a deep clean in north Austin. They fulfilled a short-notice request for cleaning in less than 24 hours, and they were very thorough and professional. They were transparent with their pricing and got all the work done efficiently. I’d be happy to get another cleaning from then again!

I used Maid Brigade for the first time to custom-clean our guest bedroom and bathroom only which is now vacant. I inquired over the phone and the gentleman was courteous and professional. I received a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment before Labor Day 2022. The price quoted was reasonable with a minimum 1-hour cleaning time and cheaper than others (some quotes 3-hour minimum required which doesn't make sense for a small area). I wish they had a steam vacuum as well for carpets but it was hard to find a cleaning company that has one. The day of cleaning, they arrived on time and 3 ladies (instead of 2) cleaned the areas fast and were able to add another bathroom and finished all within one-hour timeframe, communicated well with one of them. I did a quick inspection once they finished but while they were still there and it looked clean to me. Sometime after they left, I received a call from the same gentleman for feedback. However, days have passed and now that I was preparing the room and reinspected the areas, the dresser & nightstand drawers were not cleaned, still had food crumbs and hair so I re-cleaned and re-vacuumed but my main focus was the bathroom as I did not want to scrub the tub and toilet. They did a good job for the bathrooms mostly. We may still use them again when the time comes.

I’ve debated leaving a review but I want others to be warned about the deceptive pricing. I got maid brigade to do a move out cleaning. I was quoted $60 per hour. I left my key and went to work then came back about 4 hours later. The next day, my credit card was charged $468. I called because there is no way anyone could have been there for over 7 hours. It was $60 per maid per hour. Apparently, there were several people there and I paid $180 for the first hour. I gave 2 stars because they did a great job and I know cleaning is difficult. But a 2 bedroom cleaning should not have been $468. When I called to discuss, he explained that it was per maid, but that is not what I was told when I got the quote. He said that was “the going rate”. But I called several companies and I went with Maid Brigade because it was the “cheapest”. I was moving out so I didn’t get to enjoy the cleaning. Be warned and ask for clarity with pricing with this company.

I called to use this cleaning service for a deep clean in my home. We agreed on a price per maid, I knew it was going to cost $400+. The sad situation is the workers probably see only dollars for their work. Three women showed up at my door, I thought....I did ask for a deep clean which is why the third woman was here. 2 of the women started cleaning while the third woman seemed to be assessing my home, l thought she must be a supervisor. I explained to her I have been sick and unfortunately my home has been neglected. After our talk, she said she was going to lunch and would be back soon. When the two women were done cleaning my bedroom, and master bath, me and my dog stayed in my bedroom. Later there was a knock on my door, they said they were done. The supervisor was back, she said she had been back for an hour. I questioned her, because I have a security alert system that let's me know when someone enters or exits. I heard the alert several minutes before they knocked at my door. I do not like dishonesty plus charging me for her supposedly hour of work....bad business. Her explanation is that my home was so dirty she had to come back. Superficially the rooms looked okay, I could tell not a deep clean. This was the first and last time for Maid Brigade, they are making a bad name for cleaning services, not only with cleaning, but dishonesty.

The crew was punctual, highly professional, and took the time to go over our specific needs in detail, ensuring every request was addressed. The owner followed up personally and even conducted a walkthrough to make sure everything was up to standard. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend their services!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the cleaning service.Both cleaners who came to my home were absolutely lovely.They were polite, friendly, and very respectful of my space. They used very good quality cleaning products and no bleach smell in the house. I will recommend “Maid Brigade” to anyone. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning. Scheduling appointment for the cleaning with Dinesh was a good experience as well.

The Maid Brigade team provided excellent service, performing a thorough deep cleaning of my residence. Every corner was meticulously attended to. I highly recommend their services for future cleaning needs.
