Awesome service, super responsive and quick. The cleaning lady they sent was very nice and did a great job on my apartment. I will definitely be using them regularly.

For what they charge. The service is not great. They don't do most of the cleaning tasks that they say they do. Window blinds and trim not dust. Top of bedroom furniture not dust the right way. Put it this way. After they left. I had to go around and finish what they didn't do. Wouldn't recommend them.

Super great value for the level of Service! I found them on Thumbtack and the whole process was really streamlined and easy.

The maids were friendly but really focused on their work. My place looked so much better after they were done!

From start to finish the service was 1st Class & Professional. They showed up on time as promised and stayed until the job was completely finished.

The team worked so hard cleaning. I was absolutely ammazed at the attention to detail of the work that they did.

Just moved to Austin and went the first company I saw on Yelp. The first thing I checked out was their site, which looked really organized and clean. I like that they have the option to get your price without actually needing a maid service to call you. My least favorite thing about hiring services in general is having to reach out to like 5 companies and wait for them to email you back. I don't get why you can't just see pricing like you can with every other service and product. Good news is if you CAN with these guys.

I went with their green house cleaning option for the extra 20 because we've got kids at home and I don't want bleach fumes around etc. They brought all their own supplies and equipment, and used mostly vinegar and baking soda for a lot of the areas, which is exactly what I wanted. My kitchen in particular was very well cleaned and didn't smell like chemicals :) it had been a LONG time since I'd tried to wipe anything down in the kitchen, so when I got home the whole room literally looked brighter.

Company was hired for hourly cleaning services and told that we had bad allergies and didn’t want any of their supplies or equipment to come into our home. In addition we hired them for more time than our previous cleaners used and they insisted on not following any instruction kept taking excessive breaks. They were rude obnoxious and disrespectful. They were asked to leave our home and became very aggressive and had to threaten to call police for them to leave. Stay far far away from them

For the how much we were charged, we were extremely underwhelmed with the amount they actually cleaned. They did vacuum and mop, but there was residue from whatever they used to wipe down the surfaces left all over the place, and many surfaces were clearly not touched at all. We requested a full/deep clean and do not feel like we got anything approaching that.

Our monthly cleaning with Easyway is the highlight of our month. The cleaners leave the house sparkling clean. It's like we live in a new house. Thank you Angie and Daisy for a great clean!

two housekeepers were finished with our home in under 2 hours ( so about $100/hr) cost. dishes were done as specified, vacuming was completed. some areas of floor were not swept. in child's bedroom, only vacuuming completed, vacuuming and bedmaking only completed in other child's room. mostly things were piled on other things in order to vacuum and this constituted the cleaning. i believe the cleaners worked hard and followed the instructions of their employer, but i have paid a similar price and recieved more detailed and thoughtful service ( which did entail more time spent) with another agency in austin, and will not book with easyway again. if your home is small or you dont have a busy lifestyle with a young family, easyway may meet your needs.

In terms of maid service and deep cleaning this is as good as it gets. I schedule a move out house cleaning with Easyway Maid Service and it only took me a minute or so on their website. The online booking is seriously a huge perk, I see lots of other reviews mentioning the same thing.

The cleaners are timely and efficient. The house looked great afterwards and it was easy and minimal hassle. I hope they plan to expand their cleaning service outside of Austin, TX. As basically the Lyft of maid services, I think more people should have access to this level of service.

I requested service from easyway maid service for a deep cleaning in my house. I'm really careful about letting strangers in my property. The company sent the Rose team . The Momm, and youngs adults son and daughter. They were honest , organize, and respectful. They did a great job cleaning My house.

These guys were awesome! I have a small apartment that needed cleaning, and easyway maid service basically did a deep cleaning without even being asked. I'd be interested to see what their actual deep cleaning looks like, since they do such a good job normally.

The Maids were very punctual. They showed up practically on the minute with their own supplies and equipment. The whole process required very little oversight from me, and when I did a walkthrough at the end, I pretty much couldn't find anything that needed work, save for some little bits of dust here and there.

I'd highly recommend this cleaning service to any of my friends/family.

I've never hired a house cleaning service before, so I didn't realize that 99% of them don't offer online booking. There was only one other cleaning service I found that has online booking, and I checked out almost a dozen! Seems like the maid service industry has some catching up to do with technology. Or maybe they want you to call so they can sell you. Either way I'll ALWAYS choose booking home cleaning online over having to call someone and potentially wait on hold, get upsold, etc.

I've been thinking about setting up weekly service with them now so I can keep my home sparkling forever! For the first home cleaning they did, my apartment hadn't been swept or dusted in a pretty long time. They got all the areas I wanted, plus the hard to reach spots that I wouldn't even think to clean.

I'm in the process of moving out of Austin and I needed a house cleaning service or maid service to do a kind of move out / make ready cleaning for our landlords. Easyway maids was the first result for move out cleanings and they have good reviews so we went with them and do not regret it.

The house was cleaned with much detail, down to the baseboards which were fairly dirty to begin with. They also did a great job with the blinds, ceiling fans, and windows. From hiring housekeeper in the past I know that these areas often get missed so I was happy to see that this did not happen.

They accept cards online, with is convenient, and they kept us well informed about how everything would work with the hold and what time the card would be charged. My wife was concerned about this fact, and we appreciated them taking the time to explain how the process would work. Thank you!

While I did not wind up using Easyway for their cleaning services due to some complicating factors with my landlord, I did have the pleasure of working with them over the phone and they were incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. They were willing to go to great lengths to make things work for me, followed up in an extremely timely manner, and were very understanding when I let them know I'd have to proceed with a different service because of my landlord. I will definitely be calling Easyway Maid Service first if ever I need professional cleaning done for myself, personally.

Professional and very well run. You can tell there's some serious effort going on behind the scenes, because the customer experience is very smooth. I found them looking for a move out cleaning for a 1500+ square foot house and booked for the day after I left.

I got my full deposit back, which is a miracle given today's property management tactics. The crew did a walk-through with me after the cleaning, and there wasn't really anything for me to change. Even the little details like the baseboards were done very well.

I'm sure it's been said before, but the online booking is great. I loved being able to get a quote without talking to anyone on the phone. It's a very straight forward and easy to use website. Anyway 5 stars.

I was very impressed with Easyway, start to finish. It's so simple to book and there's excellent communication and updates about provider arrival time. My service providers were extremely hard working, professional, and pleasant. Overall great experience.

I was blown away by the professionalism this house cleaning service showed. They have the customer service thing down. I think it was 5 minutes in between when I messaged them and when they responded. As far as price, they're right down the middle. I got quoted $175 per house by The Maids in Austin. WOW! Ok. Not for me, more power to you if you can afford that.

I did an hourly house cleaning at $80/hour and they took about 2.5 hours total. 2 maids showed up and were very polite and professional. They got right to work, and I really felt like they made the most of the hourly cleaning. I was a little anxious that they would intentionally make the home cleaning take longer, but they worked diligently and without breaks.

I've been recommending them to friends and family as well. They give you AND your friend $100 credited to your account if you refer someone. Definitely worth taking advantage of. I think it's less than that if they schedule a 1 time cleaning, but it's still around $50 I think.

I've used this company about half a dozen times and they are great. I researched carefully which companies treat their employees well, and this company topped the list. They've always been on time or proactively communicated when they are delayed with regular updates. They've treated my apartment and things with care and go out of their way to make you feel satisfied.
