Angie and Alma have done a fabulous job every time they have come to clean my apartment! They are so efficient and so thorough, and they can consistently clean my entire two bedroom apartment in an hour or less. It’s been such a relief having someone clean my apartment once a month, especially because they do an even better job than I would do!

Molly Maids did an amazing job cleaning my apartment! They went above and beyond! The sparkles and shines and was so great to come home to everting so fresh and clean! Kudos and thank you to crew who cleaned my place this week!

I tried out Molly Maid for the first time and unfortunately was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. It was very inconsistent. The bathroom counter was left with toothpaste stains around it and the bathroom floor was clearly not mopped or even spot-cleaned. Some areas on the cabinets were cleaned while others were not. And areas on our floor were left waxy looking, I'm not sure if it was the type of cleaning solution they used or what, but it did not look good. They did a good job vacuuming and with the tub, but overall I felt it was overpriced. I was home while they were doing it and they tried to charge an extra 15 minutes even though they were not here for that long and in the last portion of the clean it seemed that one of the workers was not doing much, like she had finished and was just standing around with a rag. They let me know they don't offer refunds, but could come back to clean more. However, their communication has been challenging as they keep trying to call me instead of communicating via text or email, which I have already stated is my preference, so I have not received my follow-up clean as of yet. Overall I found the whole process not worth the cost or the frustration of communicating with them. Disappointing!

Molly maid of austin is a great company. Aixa and Dayami from route #39 are always On time, reliable and have great detail to cleaning. I’ve been using their services weekly since I’ve moved and highly recommend these ladies to anyone looking for great reliable service. Everything is always left sparkling.

My husband and I used Molly Maid recently to clean a rental house that we were moving out of. We had both had some recent injuries, so we weren’t able to clean the house as well as we would have liked. Molly Maids Nancy and Tiffany saved the day for us! They worked incredibly hard to make the house sparkling clean. They were very kind and polite, and worked well as a team. The house looked fantastic! The total cleanup was astonishing. From the baseboards to the ceiling fans every detail was given its utmost attention. I have always shied away from maid service industry but with Molly maid I am glad I chose them, they are a great choice at a great price for what their team of Emily and Kelly does!!! These girls are great and you can definitely see they uphold the integrity of Molly Maid!

Wonderful team Candy and Litaichi have cleaned our home for the last several months every other week. It is so nice to be able to count on them coming in and getting to all the things that I don’t have time to do I love working with them and they are really nice to my 3 cute doggies. Highly recommend! It is like a reset that we look forward to each time.

Got an initial cleaning done and I must say the team that came did an amazing job. Schedule the monthly cleaning service because who wouldn't want a deeper cleaning outside of the normal cleaning that happens. I appreciate there professionalism of the staff when answering all my questions.

Have a friend coming in town and I’m sooo busy. I tried Molly Maid and Stephanie & Maris were incredible! They were incredibly thorough with absolutely every inch of the house including dusting those areas I never dust or pay attention to, cleaned all the blinds, baseboards, my bathrooms were sparkling, and my kitchen was perfect! I highly recommend Molly Maid and Stephanie & Maris!

Emily and Sandra were great! I had a one-time deep cleaning for the holidays. My house was in bad shape (dog hair, dirty floors). Emily and Sandra did everything I requested and left the house cleaner than it’s been in a while. So helpful as I greet family coming to visit this week.

Wow! So impressed with this service! Route 31 Rosalinda and Cecilia were very kind and professional. Once I showed the rooms that needed to be worked on, they got to work immediately and weren’t loud at all while I was working at home. The bathrooms are amazing, and bedrooms and living spaces all look like a brand new home. I don’t even want to cook in my kitchen because it’s so clean!
We just used this as a one time service, but we may end up wanting to use this company for regular cleanings! Thank you guys again!

We switched from another company to Molly Maid a few months ago and have really enjoyed the quality of cleanings. The times are predictable, the price is steady, and the cleanings are quick and thorough. It's a huge help to get the deeper cleanings done that we don't always have the time to do. We recently had Angie, Alma, and Yami clean as part of Route 7 and the cleaning was quick, thorough, and its really nice to head into the rest of the week knowing the house is all in order.

I signed up a couple of months ago being in my 3rd trimester and needing help. I couldnt be happier with the quality of cleaning. I have regular cleaners, Suli and Ivet, and they are amazing! They leave our home spotless every time, this is the best investment any family can make. I highly recommend their services!

I had them come for spring cleaning. I was so happy I had them come back at the end of the summer expecting the same but it was even better the second time. My home feels (and smells) so fresh and clean, they did everything I asked, and even some extra re organizing too. The company is very good about communicating when you set up the appointment (I did it once online and the second time just called and asked and they set it up for me). Very easy service to use, I’ll keep getting it once a quarter for deep cleaning I imagine. A tad pricy compared to hiring someone on a gig work site but WOW they did an amazing job and I felt more confident going in since it was a company. So worth it!!! I have team 35 and they are GREAT.

I recently moved to Austin and after several failed attempts to find someone who could help me clean my house, I decided to call Molly Maid. My first schedule service was today. Jenyma and Glenda (route #36) arrived promptly, they brought all the proper cleaning equipment , and they started cleaning the house from top to bottom.
