Emily and Sandra, on Route 2, did an excellent job with their house cleaning today. They left everything wonderfully cleaned, were very conscientious about me being there as I worked from home, were very careful with my more delicate decorations, and tidied up after themselves perfectly! I was very happy with the job they did today.

Cindy and Tami were amazing and so great to work with. I breath a sigh of relief when I look at the house and know i will have so much more time to do fun things rather than clean 🧼

Stephanie and Maris (route 6) did fantastic! My wife is going in for surgery tomorrow and will be in recovery for a few weeks. Got this to give her a clean and peaceful environment. Did not disappoint! Place is sparkling, and they were very friendly and timely. (Now if I can just maintain it to some level while wife recovers.)

I've been using Molly Maid for the past 2 years and they've always been great! The team (Dayami & Yaris) are the best and are always thorough and deliver a super clean outcome! I'm keeping them for the long haul!!

I'm updating my review 6 months into my biweekly cleaning. The service provided can vary amongst staff and therefore attention to detail is inconsistent in cleanings. They offer a guarantee and have sent maids back to correct missed spots. Overall a good value.

I've been with Molly Maid for about 3 months now and am very happy with their consistency and cleanliness! They stick to their schedule and meet my high standards, I highly recommend! No contracts involved. I've tried a personal contact, a smaller company and they're by far the best! Aivael and Daiyana are great!

All of the ladies were very sweet and professional. I really appreciated that they sent someone out for an in home consultation to provide a price range, and I also loved that they are pet friendly.

For the amount I spent, $330, I did expect a bit more attention to detail in certain areas. I noticed some dust and dirt along the sides of the washer and dryer, light finger smudges on the cabinets, and some dirt on the floors, which looked like they may have been walked on while still wet. There was also a few cobwebs left on the bedroom ceiling. Additionally, one of my vintage light bulbs was accidentally broken, but they were kind enough to remove it from the service charge, which I appreciated.

Overall, my house did look and smell very nice, and I am grateful for the help they provided. With a little more attention to detail, I think the service could be even better.

I get bi-weekly cleans through another service but wanted to try out Molly Maid. Unfortunately, I really regret this. My window of arrival was 12-4pm and they did text when they were heading my way, which I love and appreciate. They arrived at 4:30pm and left at 6:15pm. Total service cost was $250 for 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 2 living room areas.

The two women who came were kind but as they were leaving, my gut told me to take a look around. There were multiple surfaces (dressers, dining table, counters, etc) that looked like it hadn’t been wiped down. I took photos and videos of just a few of them. There are more I could share. I could understand if the stains were difficult to remove, but I took a video of me just taking a cloth and simply wiping the dresser surface and the stains are gone easily.

There was dog hair on the ground in multiple areas. To be fair, I don’t ever expect a 100% dog free zone, but there were two places that I thought were egregious. One was in the middle of the living room and another next to a side table. I took a video to show the giant pile of dog hair that was not in a hard to reach area nor is it hard to see. You can also see the dog kibble left behind.

Mirrors still had marks on them. Windows hasn’t been wiped down (to be fair, maybe they don’t do windows? If that is extra, I apologize in advance).

2 min after they left and I had noticed that the cleaning wasn’t the best, I did give Molly Maid a call and they kindly offered to send the women back to me. I just didn’t feel very comfortable with that so I’ll eat the cost.

I really wanted to like them and I thought that since this was my first cleaning, that they’d go above and beyond and I’d be blown away.. But that didn’t happen.

Angie and Alma (Team 7) have been servicing our home for the past few months. We went through several cleaning providers before we were blessed with Team 7 from Molly Maid. They are extremely professional, efficient, and detail oriented. They go above and beyond every single cleaning and am so impressed with their work. They even refill the water in my flower vase. We are so happy we found Angie and Alma and will be continuing with Molly Maid because of them. Thank y’all so much!

Elizabeth and Crystal (Route 72) did an outstanding job in getting our home nice and clean in time for Thanksgiving. Their professional service was top notch not just in how they cleaned, but also in their efficiency. I was amazed in how much they got done within the four hour service window I purchased. Let’s just say I am one pleased customer who will call Molly Maid again in the future.

The cleaning ladies themselves were very nice, so this review is more about the company and overall service. For what I paid (around $350), I expected a much higher level of cleaning. I had already deep cleaned the house beforehand and specifically asked them to focus on the bathrooms and dusting the window blinds.

We have 2.5 bathrooms, and the cleaning took several hours. The bathrooms were not very dirty to begin with, and while the work wasn’t bad, the results were just okay—not what I would expect for the amount charged. Given the time spent vs the outcome, it made me unsure whether the long hours were necessary or used to justify the higher cost.

A few items were also broken during the cleaning, including window blinds. I called and shared my feedback, and they came back to “deep clean” the bathrooms again, but the results were still just okay. The broken items were addressed and they offered to reimburse or replace them, that never happened. They mentioned I’d get a reimbursement for the broken blinds and I followed up via email and never received a response. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations.

Cindy and Tammy did a fantastic job! They cleaned our entire house flawlessly and were great in the process. They were on time, very nice and professional, I hope to have them clean our home each time.

We started using Molly Maid a few months ago and it's been a great experience so far. They're professional, easy to work with, and don't require any contracts. They also try to schedule you with your favorite team. Yamile and Cindy from team Ruta19 came out today (in icy weather) and made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left, which was much appreciated! I highly recommend giving them a try.

Absolutely Exceptional Service from Catherine & Allison at Molly Maid!

Id like to start this with: when Michelle came to do a walk-through of my home and give me a quote she did a very good job telling me what they will not clean and what they do clean and what is an extra service fee (Windows, the inside of your fridge, the inside of your oven, etc) I have two cats and two dogs so the hair, dander & dust hits EVERY surface of our home. I pulled end tables and other furniture off the wall Because during the walkthrough quote, I was told they will not move furniture to clean behind it- you need to move it for them.) Lastly biweekly cleanings for my home are an amazing price of $162 BUT the first initial clean was quoted $135/ hr. The initial clean/one time cleanings are more expensive. I was prepared for an expensive first time cleaning to begin the bi-weekly cleanings for $162. Everything is transparently addressed if you’re listening & paying attention during the quote. I’d say Michelle did a great job going over all that before hand.

To begin: I cannot say enough wonderful things about the incredible job Catherine and Allison did in my home! From the moment I received a thoughtful text letting me know they were on their way (about 15 minutes before arrival), I knew I was in for a great experience. I had asked Michelle during the quote that id like to have these texts before they arrived.

When they arrived, they got straight to work with such efficiency and attention to detail—it was truly impressive. Every corner of my home sparkled! They dusted the blinds and baseboards meticulously, ensuring no speck was left behind. The floors were cleaned beautifully, and they even took the time to dust in all those easy-to-miss places. My mirrors were spotless, my stairs and rugs looked refreshed, and they even added the sweetest touch by folding the toilet paper in such a cute and decorative way.

Beyond their amazing cleaning skills, Catherine and Allison were kind, professional, and so respectful of my space. They worked quickly without cutting any corners, and their friendly demeanor made the whole experience even better. My pets and I were treated with such kindness—it truly made my day! I’m pregnant & couldn’t do what they did in a few hours. It would’ve taken me a week & multiple crying sessions.

If you’re looking for a cleaning team that goes above and beyond, look no further than Catherine and Allison. Their hard work and dedication made my home feel brand new, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you both for your outstanding service! I will absolutely be requesting the bi-weekly cleanings.

Booking was so easy! I have family coming to visit last minute and Molly Maid was able to accommodate and come by in less than 2 days. A team of 2 people came and made my apartment sparkling clean, no more dust or dog hair. Thank you so much! Definitely will book again!

Molly Maid is just terrific. It is so easy to schedule with them, whether in advance or last minute. I really appreciate that. Juana and Laura recently cleaned our rental home, and they were just wonderful. Really sweet people and very thorough and hard-working. A very basic understanding of Spanish or ability to use Google translate sometimes helps, but it’s worth it! I really appreciate the scheduling flexibility.

The girls who came to clean my house today were awesome!! I think their names were Sammy and Cindy but I’m sorry I don’t remember for sure. They even had the translator app for our conversations that were more detailed. I would love for those two to come to see me again!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everything in my home is sparkling and smells so CLEAN. They are more than accommodating with your schedule and what you need. I am able to spend more time with my family and school work than spending that time deep cleaning. Of course we do our daily and weekly chores. However, it is amazing to not have to stress over choosing time more with my family than cleaning.

I recently hired Molly Maid for a deep clean, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team took their time and paid incredible attention to detail, nothing was rushed or overlooked. Thank you Rosa and Stephanie! The supervisor, Rosy was especially thorough, making sure every baseboard, door, and blind was wiped down and nothing was missed. My whole house feels fresh, spotless, and exactly as clean as I was hoping for. I was surprised they even went into my laundry room to wipe down the machines! Tami and Ana from Molly Maid Service were absolutely amazing! They were quick, thorough, and incredibly detail-oriented. My home looks spotless, and they even removed stains from the tub that I didn’t think would ever come out.
