Nice and professional teams. They have a local, grassroots feel that I like. It's hard to even get someone to pick up the phone with maid services, or so I discovered. So just getting on a call with a human put them higher on my radar. I also played around with the chatbox on their site and that was pretty great too. There are so many different ways to contact this cleaning service and they seem to have pretty quick response times on all of them.

Haven't actually seen the house post-cleaning, but my wife says everything looks good and the maids did a fantastic job. Sent me some pictures and if I'm in Austin I'll definitely stick with Easyway Maid Service.

Wish they'd open up in some other cities too! I know they're kind of young, but it would be great to have a branch in San Antonio where I have some other properties. Just food for though, Easyway Management ;)

Booking online for a deep clean was so easy and the pricing and schedule was totally transparent. The crew was right on time and very professional. There were 3 cleaners - 1 was a trainee and the supervisor checked her work and gave her guidance throughout so we knew things would be done right. After the clean, we checked baseboards, the tops of picture frames on the walls, and the window blinds and everything was spotless. Our house hasn't been this clean since we bought it and we're thankful for the team and their help. The price may seem a bit high, but it was right in line with 2 other services we called and you do get a very high quality clean.

I found these guys on Yelp and went with them due to the great reviews. I see there are only 14 so far, but it doesn't look like there have been any major complaints at all with this business. Pretty impressive. They did a great job with my home. Such a great job, in fact, that we're hiring them for home cleaning every 2 weeks, which they do at a 15% discount.

One amazing thing I noticed was the incredibly short response times. Easyway Maid Service was by a significant chunk of time the fastest company that responded. When I called, the line was busy, but they returned my call 5 minutes later.

I almost forgot to mention, too, that I sent them a message on their site well outside of business hours, and they still responded almost instantly. I don't know if they have people working round the clock or if they just never sleep. Either way, glad to be a customer and very happy with how everything turned out

Daniel and his team did such an amazing job cleaning our house! We're two young professionals in demanding jobs and cleaning the house just gets away from us and some of the bigger cleaning tasks were building up over time. They worked so hard and now our house is sparkling! I don't think it was even this clean the day we moved in. I couldn't have dreamed of a better result.

Easyway Maid Service did a deep house cleaning for my 3 bed 2 bath home. They took my booking same day, which was nice because I was in a panic trying to find someone in time for my get-together. That's what I get for planning last minute!

The cleaning service came with a very impressive looking vacuum, almost like it was used for commercial cleaning. They were able to use GREEN products, which is fantastic since I have kids. The extra charge was $20 for green cleaning products, and it was totally worth it since the place smelled great afterwards.

The maids did a complete deep clean of my home, and they only left after doing a complete walk through with me to make sure that everything was up to my expectations. I don't know if this is something they always do, but it's really nice if you happen to be at home for the cleaning (which I like to do since I was letting a stranger into my home for the first time). Overall, they did an excellent house cleaning and I will definitely use them next time I need a cleaning service.

Same as the other complaints - they don't service my area and I am only about 4 miles from their office on google maps

Best maid service I had before. I would recommend this service as a gift. They are professional and responsive.

They don't even service the zip code that their office is located in. I was told they didn't have any cleaners to work in that area. Considering other cleaner services take care of the entire greater Austin area I take this to mean that these people must not have any cleaners, period. Why advertise if you can't deliver service?

I have never had a better experience with maid cleaning than Check Maid Cleaning. I would highly suggest you at least give this place a try. They were quick and respectful.

Using Check Maid Cleaning has been one of the best choices I made. They come prompt after you order the service and they do a really good job.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THEM
While getting the maid service scheduled was super easy that was the only thing that was a positive experience. During the booking I had made special note of our counters which needed required special attention and care as they are natural quartz, upon arrival we also discussed with the maids all of our needs around them. With that out of the way. the maids asked to borrow our vacuum as theirs needed to be serviced as it had been scratching floors lately. Using our vacuum AND the one that they just told us is known to scratch floors proceeded to mostly sprint around the house and clean as fast as humanly possible to the point of making my wife and myself uncomfortable with how rough they were being. They then proceeded to clean the kitchen. In complete disregard for all of our warnings about our counters they took the grates off of our stoves to clean them and placed them directly onto the quartz counters leaving a deep gash. At this point we were forced to intervene and made them move everything off the counters. There were a number of other smaller issues with the cleaning process but I'll not enumerate them. All in all the house was left in a state that was not particularly clean and damage done to our place. I reported the damage to checkmaid immediately, provided both before and after pictures. At this point a over a month after the damage, I have been in contact with them at least 15 times and they have not made any progress on addressing the issue. Supposedly the owners have been notified and have "promised" to contact me within 24 hours numerous times but I have yet to receive a single call back from anyone who is capable of rectifying the damage done to my place.

TL;DR: Cleaning left much to be desired, maids were reckless with their cleaning around our place and resulted in damage to our natural quartz counters. Checkmaid refuses to actually deal with me to well after a month of the initial appointment to fix the damage.

I live with my brother and his wife and honestly this woman is as dirty and as disgusting as people can possibly be. I can not describe how fortunate I feel to have found Check Maid Cleaning Services because they have done a fantastic job every single time and when I return home after a stressful day of work, I can feel like I am once again returning to a spotless atmosphere. I would highly recommend their services to anybody and any space, both large and small.

I've had inconsistent experience with maid service in NYC for years now. When I was visiting my aunt in TX I was amazed to see how spotless the "messy" aunt of the family kept her place. That's when she told me she uses Check Maid. She has nothing but positive things to say about their service. I wish that could say the same about my latest cleaning person in NY who broke my favorite coffee mug on her last visit.

The lady from Check Maid visited during my trip and she seem courteous and worked quietly. One day I'll find a maid service like this back home.

Cindy and Laitaich came to our home on short notice today, and I was astonished at how hard they worked and how beautiful our home is now. I haven’t even thought of cleaning miniblinds in a couple of years, but there’s not even dust residue left!! Our home looks, smells, and feels like a palace now, not like the dump it felt like just hours ago!!

I was originally quoted $280-350 for a move in clean/ thorough clean.

They came in and did the worst job possibly, hardly cleaned anything. I believe they sat in my house for two hours and did nothing. The only item that was in my empty property was one glass cup which they also broke.

One of my bedrooms I decided to not have cleaned since it was about to/in the process of a demo but to still clean the rooms bathroom. They skipped it completely.

Once I was charged they charged me $444 dollars which was much higher than the quote and they did a horrible job and one less bedroom and bathroom than even quoted.

I even asked to be notified upon them leaving the property so I could lock it up, which they didn’t.

At this point they offered to come back and do a better job but couldn’t do it till the following week, which at that time I needed to move into the property.

I asked for a refund and supplied pictures of their attempted deep clean “thorough clean” and they refused to refund me.

An absolute scam.

Molly maid are very professional and efficient. It was an easy process from consulting appointment to the cleaning schedule. They provided the year calendar and are flexible if I need to make adjustment to my cleaning days. I highly recommend.

Veti and Angelica (Ruta 34) were so courteous and kind, and completely transformed my space! I’m so thankful for them, would 100% recommend.

I booked a moving-out clean and I got a standard home clean instead. The walls weren’t touched, the floor wasn’t scrubbed, the doors weren’t touched, and there was little attention to detail to the areas they did clean. My husband and I could’ve done all this cleaning in the 2 hours it took them for FREE, but instead I’m paying $250 and I STILL have to go over the walls and doors myself.

I’m moving across the world and I would really like to not have to worry about my security deposit, but I guess that’s out the window now.

We have an amazing experience bi-weekly. The team is very diligent and detailed in their cleaning. They are very accommodating to my schedule working from home and needing to take calls. We have been so impressed and this takes a huge burden off of us as a family to have the home spotless!

Cindy and Yamilet did a wonderful job cleaning the house! Spotless! Every surface was wiped down and all the dust bunnies were gone! 😬Would definitely recommend!
