I rarely write reviews, whether good or bad. The only time I do is when something truly stands out as THE BEST, and Hill Country Cleaners absolutely deserves it.

My usual crew couldnt fit me in one week, so I went searching and found them. The first cleaner wasn’t a great fit, and when they asked for feedback I was honest about it (though I still paid the full amount). To my surprise, the owner, Nikita, personally reached out and asked if he could come by the same evening to see and fix the spots himself.
I told him it wasn’t necessary, but he insisted. True to his word, he showed up, cleaned every spot we weren’t happy with, and then arranged his crew (Anna) for a more polished follow-up. That kind of ownership and commitment to customer experience is rare.

Since then, we have had 2 regular cleanings with Anna, and the difference is night and day, fantastic quality, every single time. Daniel, who manages scheduling, also makes it seamless to book and adjust appointments, which I really appreciate.

The real bonus? They managed to remove old paint marks from our laundry room floor that my previous cleaning crew couldn’t get rid of for months.

Because of their professionalism, customer-first approach, and consistently excellent results, Hill Country Cleaners has officially become our new regular crew.
