Maid Brigade did a great job! My house is cleaner than it’s ever been. The cleaners worked hard the whole time and didn’t “hide” my things… Which is my pet peeve, when I can’t find my things after a cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised to find they use “green” products, which is important to me since I’m pregnant and have small children. I’ve tried many Cleaner’s and these have done the best job of any I’ve tried, so I’ve booked them regularly. I highly recommend!

Dinesh and his team are good at communicating and providing a professional service. Just be specific with what you want done, which honestly is a standard for any cleaning service. Highly recommend.

The cleaning service was excellent . There were few additional clean up things came up and they considered it without any issue . Dinesh was personally involved with cleaning crew to make sure cleaning done properly . I am very happy with their service and would highly recommend

Theydid an ok job but seemed to skip harder to reach places like the top pantry shelf or the back corners of drawers. A couple of drawers were missed totally. The hands worried all of my wood blinds and those looked wonderful.

We used Maid Brigade for Deep cleaning of our house. Owner was quite responsive and he proactively kept us updated when cleaning crews were running little late. Team did amazing job in cleaning the house. Before departing lady asked us if there is any area where special attention is required. This shows they take the cleaning job seriously ! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning service.

We have used the Maid Brigade for years and have always been happy with the job they do. Lately the cleaning teams have been especially careful and thorough. The new owner is very conscientious and has come out to meet us, discuss our cleaning needs, and make sure we are happy with everything.

The Service did not honour their agreement of scheduled time. It was explained I would not be on-site to allow access for cleaning until the specified time. They arrived extremely early and refused to wait until I could leave work. I made this arrangement because I would not be able to leave work.
If you need a service to honour specified times, consider a service who's philosophy of services is based on Omotenashi.

I used Maid Brigade of Austin for my 1-bedroom apartment in Cedar Park,TX that is just a little over 800 sqft. They were so professional! They confirmed my appointment time with a call and gave me another call when they were on the way to clean my place. I needed a DEEP clean which obviously required more time and I appreciated how they asked me if I was fine with paying for another .5 hour before they proceeded. Two people came and were here for 2.5 hours, but like I said, I needed a DEEP clean. I'm sure next time they will be here for half the time if I maintain upkeep. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and how they were able to do such a deep clean with green products. I literally have no dust on any of my shelves, blinds, ceiling fans, or plants. And my glass cooktop looks new again! I feel like getting your home professionally cleaned is definitely a luxury worth having. I had guests over my house for the first time this year and I would never have felt comfortable doing that had it not been for Maid Brigade making my home spotless! Definitely will be using again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I recently hired this company to do a deep clean on my house, and hoped to continue their services monthly. The maids arrived late, and then stood outside on their phones for 20 minutes. When they came in they got started, but didn't work in an organized manner. They were all over the place, and I felt like I was in the way in my own home. They half cleaned each room - the fans weren't cleaned completely, they left dust from the doors and fans on the beds and floor when they left, etc. They cleaned my shower so hard that the tiles fell off the wall. During the cleaning the scheduler called me and said that it was going to take 45 minutes longer to clean my house and that it would cost an additional $75. I declined and told them they could leave at that point...I was past done. They had been there 2 hours already. I have a 1400 sq ft. house that wasn't that dirty to start with. She later called me back and said they would finish for the original amount. No one ever followed up with me to see how it went, and today I had people show up at my house to clean that I didn't schedule. When I called to tell them I didn't schedule it, and I didn't want to use their services any longer they didn't seem to care. I would steer clear.

Made a last minute phone call for them to clean my daughter's home. They did an incredibly good job and everything looked beautiful! I highly recommend their services.

We recently hired this company to clean our house before final sale. My wife and I spent time pre cleaning, and the house was clear of furniture and personal items. On the surface the house was clean enough. On closer inspection, there were mop streaks across all of the floors, none of the intake or exhaust vents were cleaned, easy to clean spots were found on the counter tops, and it just appeared overall incomplete. They were there just 2.5 hours. After the job, they said that they would call my wife before charging us since they didn't take as long as originally thought.
No call, just a charge later that day. No receipt provided. No communication. After paying a rate of over $100 per hour for this "cleaning" my wife and I had to clean up after the cleaning crew in order to make the house presentable. Thanks a ton
