My family has been using Morehands for years. At least 7. Probably closer to 10. They cleaning service itself is great. The team is reliable and does a good job. It is usually the same team that cleans it visit to visit, so I think that the have a good idea of how our house is set up and where it usually gets dirty.

What I have really appreciated is how good the communication has been when we have questions, need to work out something with the schedule, or have a special cleaning request.

I have used More Hands for over three years. They do exceptional work and everything comes out fantastic! Whenever I need a schedule change it is easy to do from the phone app and I have never had an issue. I have two pugs and they have always been treated with respect and safety. I even love the small things they do like how they fold my blankets and the little triangle folds they leave on the toilet paper after doing an exceptional job cleaning my bathrooms. I highly recommend using More Hands for your cleaning services.

Excellent cleaning from MoreHands. I have them scheduled to come every 3-4 weeks and they're always on time. The app makes scheduling very easy, and I can even select if there are any extras I want to add.

The MoreHands team was prompt and very friendly (even dealing with a very excited 70lbs dog). They were in and out within two hours but did a very thorough job, the attention to detail and level of cleanliness is definitely worth the value — I’ve set up recurring cleaning!

I really wanted to like this place, especially with the great reviews, however, it was the worst experience. We paid Karina to clean the entire house, she only did the kitchen and living room. I was out of town for work so I had my partner use this service while I was gone to help clean after hosting Thanksgiving. I was planning to use this service weekly since my new job requires me to be gone a lot. Not only will I not be using this weekly, but I regret using them at all. After my partner told me that she only cleaned the kitchen and living room, I told him to call them to request for her or someone else to come back to finish the other rooms, and they refused. I got back from my trip to the fridge not cleaned at all, so I couldn't even tell you what she did in the kitchen.
My partner did say our floors in the living room looked great, so that's good I guess. He also said she was really nice.

Have used Morehands for clean out service when moving and now for regularly scheduled service. Very pleased with results. Always find communication with the office easy with quick response. Crews are like little ninjas—quick, silent and leave the place spotless. Getting same day text updates regarding crew arrival is a plus. Haven’t tried the new laundry service yet but think that is a great addition.

I am very pleased with the service I get from Morehands Maid Service. We started using them twice a year for a deep clean then switched a couple years ago to a cleaning every three weeks. I look forward to it every month! I have zero complaints with my service. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The teams that are cleaning are thorough and do a great job. I've never been dissatisfied. I work from home and it's been so helpful to have this service and really takes the pressure off of me to keep the house clean with kids, pets, and a full time job. I'm going to be a customer for a very long time!

Morehands is always on time, staff is very polite, nice and very responsive both in the office but also the housekeeping staff members are very polite and nice to work with.

Delmi did a great job cleaning and even did some nice tidying of our blankets, towels, and other items. She made everything look fabulous.

Gloria and Maria are lifesavers. They see little things that need to get done around the house (unfolded laundry, making the guest bed after a guest leaves, putting kids stuffed animals all nice on beds, etc) that is so beyond helpful. They are the best!!
