Was a client since January 2020 and loved the service. We’ve been living in our current home since Dec 2020 and saw fee increases of about 5-10% yearly. Last week, after our routine clean, I got an email stating a 50% rate increase for the same clean and scope! Their customer service and app technology has really downgraded in 2025. Sad to leave because I like my routine; but it’s time.

Morehands Maid Service has done a great job for me over the past few years! I have been very pleased with their care, kindness , service and efficiency. I very much appreciate Gissel and Nancy’s consistently excellent help in taking care of my home and Morehand’s care and flexibility when I need to reschedule my service. I’ve been a MoreHands client since 2020, but unfortunately, the company has become a shadow of its former quality. What used to be a dependable, high-standard service has slipped into mediocrity.

On top of that, the customer service and scheduling experience, once seamless and personal, have noticeably declined. The “upgraded” system and app offer much less utility and easy of use. Frankly it is wack. Communication has become slower and less responsive.

The most recent clean took two individuals nearly an hour to complete an 1,800 sq. ft. home, and the results were underwhelming at best. Beyond that, their customer service has completely fallen off. Repeated calls went unanswered, and even after texting and emailing to cancel service (and receiving confirmation), the cleaners still showed up.

After years of loyalty, I can confidently say I’ll no longer be a patron. It’s disappointing to see how far the company has drifted from the professionalism and reliability that once set them apart.

Wonderful communication before during and after! Easy to schedule. And then, the cleaning was amazing! We are hosting guests tomorrow and now we’re ready!

The staff they send is highly professional and thorough. The supplies they use smell great. Our house is always in top top shape when they are done. Highly recommend.

Mariana and Rosa did an incredible job cleaning my home in an efficient manner. They were quick yet thorough, polite and courteous, and most importantly, excellent! Been using morehands for a while but this duo stood out to me. I use the monthly recurring service so excited to have them come back.

We started using MoreHands about 10 years ago because they sponsored KUT and offered green products. We have stayed with them in part because we appreciate how they kept people employed (errand-running) during the pandemic, and in part because the other services we tried were awful by comparison. Most of the time, the cleaning is great. When it isn't, it's usually easy to point out the problem and get better results. Overall, communication is very efficient, and Claire and the other office staff are *always* pleasant and helpful. They have a new system that sends the same team to your house each time, as long as you don't change the day of your cleaning; this has worked very well for us. A special shout-out to our current team: Cindy Jackeline and Maybelline. We appreciate the great job they are doing!

MoreHands consistently does a wonderful job of cleaning my home. I have once per week service (with laundry included) and could not be happier. Purple fig cleaning did a great job. Ariel, Rom and Noelle did such a great job. And the house smelled so good with their special cleaning formula.

Have had my home cleaned by Purple Fig several times now, and it's always been such a huge relief of stress to find every surface gleaming and the whole house smelling fresh. Their team is efficient, thorough, and very kind and gracious with questions/requests. I also really appreciate that they take care of their people and are environmentally conscious, so I feel good about using their services. They're in high demand so I had to wait a bit, but they're worth it!

The Figs are the best, most thorough cleaning service in town! They are so first rate with their services, conscientious, respectful of property and our space, and just downright friendly! We love how they use environmentally natural products for cleaning (with amazing fragrance.....and I must say they just don't miss anything.....top to bottom.....literally!
